“A reliable store that offers some good prices on brand name shoes with ever advancing security measures and obviously broken open boxes. The dressing room now requires a key and number after years of free access, which put a damper on the whole affair. Time stops for no one and it seems increasingly unkind to this location.”

Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.

“Unbelievable affordable prices! First time there, is a huge store, clean, shelves are packed of all sizes of men’s and women’s clothes, shoes, bags, decorations etc . I’m coming back for more since I couldn’t get to see every single corner because the store is bigger than I thought. I did have a lot fun buying men’s sweat pants for only 11 dollars each. Sonia, one of the staff was very helpful, and the cashiers nice and friendly.”

“I had the most amazing shopping experience with the manager Jean at Old Navy in Gambrills on Friday! The focus of my trip was solely to purchase clothes for my great-niece's birthday. Jean came up to me to show me the clearance rack for kids and to let me know that all of the women's clearance pants were on sale for $9.97!
I really needed more jeans and she checked on me while I was trying them on and found my size so I didn't have to go to another store!! Her customer service is exceptional, and I will make this my store because of her!!”
