“I have a list of regularly visited grocery stores, and now I've added The Fresh Market and recently became a loyalty club member. Here's why: I just love the store's cleanliness, the fresh produce and the weekly meal prep deals - usually $25 for a meal for four. The meat counter staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Also, if the check-out line gets a little long, staff will leave the floor area and immediately open another line for checkout. I have to add its so nice to shop at a place with no self checkout!

My only criticism is with some staff. One example - I ordered the Mother's Day meal prep and the staff person forgot to provide the prep instructions. That's pretty important. However, I was able to call the store and speak with, I believe, the manager, who was very kind, patient and helpful. He took the time to read all the prep instructions over the phone while I wrote everything down.

What made me write this review is yesterday I didn't realize there was a buy one pound, get one pound free on cooked chicken wings at the deli. I happened to stop by and ordered three lbs. of wings. Had I known about the deal, I would have asked for four. The deli staff person never once volunteered I could get a free pound. I know its not her job to tell me about specials, but why not say something? So I paid close to $10.00 for almost three pounds when most were getting four pounds for $10.00. Now I know I have to scour the website prior to visiting the store or I may miss out on a good deal!

Overall, I know I'll become a regular shopper here even though its a bit far from home.”

“Really nice place to grab a lot of different spices. Especially if you love curry their spices are great and their customer service is pretty good. And they also have fresh meat if you need it”

“Everything I've gotten there has been amazing so far. I got everybody in my family steaks for Christmas. Everybody has raved about the different cuts they got, as I got ribeyes, filet mignon, and sirloins. On my recent trip, I got some steak burgers and lobster grilled cheese appetizer that I will be making for dinner tonight, so I can't wait!”

“The chicken was really organic (not just labled that way) but they tried to overcharge me mistakenly on two occasions. I corrected them and we proceeded. I love their truely organic chicken. It is a nice grocery store.”
