“The lab technician C was extremely professional. Explanations were provided for my signature as well as confirming my name, date of birth and address. C then proceeded to sanitize her hands, wear gloves, and explain the tests I was to have done. I felt confident with her technique for the lab draw. C also asked if I was on blood thinners to which I said yes and she applied gauze and paper tape tightly around my arm to apply pressure to the injection site. And if I thought I was done being amazed by C there was one last test. I was really impressed when she provided a cup with a WIPE for a clean urine test. As a retired nurse, I commend C for her concern, professionalism and outstanding clinical skills.”

“I brought my 2 y/o to LabCorp this morning for bloodwork. We didn’t have an appointment, so we waited about an hour to be seen (understandable for a Saturday.)

The phlebotomist, Jamie, was incredible with my daughter. She kept her engaged by asking about the stuffy she brought, giving her a collection tube to hold, etc. She did all of this while prepping the arm, tying the tourniquet, and getting the vein on the first try. If my daughter hadn't watched the needle go in, I’m not sure she would’ve realized it was even in there.

Although process was uncomfortable for my daughter, it was emotionally painless for both of us. Jamie is the best!”
