“I wish I could give 10 stars. What great customer service from this location! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by James even though he was working with other customers (I notice he continued to do that for other customers coming in). I had my twin 6 year olds with me and was trying my best to get in and out because I knew their attention span wouldn’t be the best in this environment. Well, this store was prepared with a magnet and chalk board as well as a few toys. The twins kept themselves busy. James was great in answering questions and guiding me through some DIY paint jobs I was going to do at home this weekend. Shortly after, my son began asking James question and James was so wonderful in responding to him - from asking what he does with the rubber hammer to asking how the paint was mixed. James even offered to bring the kids to the back of the register and watch how the entire process work which was so fascinating for them. Everything from beginning to end was top notch service. James even walked out to my car with all the paint to save me a second trip. Highly recommend this location.
FYI I’ve been to several SW locations and in some I wouldn’t even be acknowledged (even while looking at paint colors for 30 mins).”

“The first thing you need to understand is that the primary focus of the business is contractors not individual members of the public, at least when it comes to the "paint" part of what they do. Accordingly, they don't make customer service their #1 job. But they are super knowledgeable and gave an incredible line of products. I've been working with them for a long time and received great painting and wallpaper contractor recommendations from them. They are nice to me now and give me discounts when I buy direct. I've also used the "decorating" part of the business and, again, they have great selections on fabric, wallpaper, and rugs and their work is great. So just keep your expectations on service calibrated correctly and you will be happy.”
“Small but quaint paint store. They have a huge selection and good quality paint so I stopped in. However, they must cater to contractors more than anything. I'm not a contractor and I was ignored. Don't get me wrong, I don't care to be bombarded by staff asking if I need help, but a quick HELLO when one comes into the store or "Are you finding everything okay?" might be helpful if one has been walking about for a while. Other than that, the selection is great, good location.”

“This store has a great team led by a great manager (Alex Gladstone). He was friendly, engaging, and willing to answer any questions we have. He even informed us of an upcoming major 40% off paints and 30% off tools sale that saved us quite a bit. The paint is already recognized as a top product but this team at this location really makes it easy to close the sale. Hope corporate HQ is doing what they can to keep him happy at this location for my many projects to come.”

“I’m not a hands on fix it up person in regards to the labor stuff. I’ve never wanted to go into a hardware or paint store. However, the representatives in this store kindly greet you and offer assistance right away. They immediately removed my apprehensive desire to be in there and helped me quickly and took the gallons of paint to my car. The store was clean, organized and the best representatives to help you.
