“Over 13 years ago I used regal paint center in the old Annapolis location to purchase paint for my parents home. Quality was so good we waited 13 years to paint again and primarily to change the color. The paint held up all those years. I went back to the newer Annapolis location to do it again. The service was top notch. They even brought the paint out to my car and refused to let me put it in my car. That just doesn’t happen anywhere else. They don’t oversell. They focus on the quality and supplies you need for the job, I won’t go anywhere else. This is a testament to the culture established by the leaders and owners of this group. In an age where customer service is non-existent, Regal Paint Centers stands out from the crowd. Keep doing what you do!”

“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”

“I wish I could give 10 stars. What great customer service from this location! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by James even though he was working with other customers (I notice he continued to do that for other customers coming in). I had my twin 6 year olds with me and was trying my best to get in and out because I knew their attention span wouldn’t be the best in this environment. Well, this store was prepared with a magnet and chalk board as well as a few toys. The twins kept themselves busy. James was great in answering questions and guiding me through some DIY paint jobs I was going to do at home this weekend. Shortly after, my son began asking James question and James was so wonderful in responding to him - from asking what he does with the rubber hammer to asking how the paint was mixed. James even offered to bring the kids to the back of the register and watch how the entire process work which was so fascinating for them. Everything from beginning to end was top notch service. James even walked out to my car with all the paint to save me a second trip. Highly recommend this location.
FYI I’ve been to several SW locations and in some I wouldn’t even be acknowledged (even while looking at paint colors for 30 mins).”
