I wanted to take a moment to highlight the service provided by Marquis and TJ on Saturday, July 12, 2025. My friend locked her keys in her vehicle, while waiting on AAA she opted to check her phone upgrade status. I didn’t personally utilize the services from Verizon, however, I was still met with amazing customer service. Both gentlemen were courteous, helpful, and sent above and beyond, which unfortunately is a rarity nowadays. Thank you, much success gentlemen!

They botched every aspect of my switch from T Mobile to Verizon last month. Didn’t fully port all my lines correctly, incorrectly applied the promotions as well as the quoted discounts, and they have displayed little interest in helping correct their errors.
Think carefully before you switch service providers to Verizon, and use a corporate store if you do.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience when we bought our new phones in April 2025. Dimetric was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of our purchase….from educating us about the new phones, to buying protective cases and additional power cables and chargers. Five stars plus!

I wanted to write a review on the best customer service I have every received in my life. Specifically from a representative by the name of Christopher or C.T. Christoper was knowledgable, patient, kind and proactive. He ensured that both me and my mother understood our upgrade options and was eager to answer and and every question we had. I am shocked that he is not in management as his ability to multitask and communicate effectively/efficiently is next level. He even went above and beyond to stay 2 hours post the store closing to ensure a successful data transfer from our old devices to our new ones. I was extremely impressed and will be returning to this store in near future. 11/10. Would highly recommend.

Sales person ordered the wrong case for my phone and put the wrong address on the order. They wouldn't cancel the order even before it was shipped and I had to wait until it arrived. Because of the wrong address I received an email saying it was being returned to sender. It actually was delivered a week later and when I returned to the store for the third time they were not able to credit it back to my credit card because somehow it was hacked after the original cell phone purchase and I had a new cc number. Now I have to wait for a check to be mailed out to me. Never again

My husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.
If you need to buy a new phone or do anything else, I highly recommend going to this location and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have her help you as well.

Recently got a new phone at this location and Perry B. was our sales associate. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and listened and respected what was important for me in a new phone. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to give into anything I did not want. Ultimately I wasn't happy with the first phone I chose and Perry was super patient when I came back a week later to exchange it for something else. Highly recommend working with Perry at this location!

Verizon is absolutely god awful, can’t get out of plans, can’t get lines transferred, then Marquise here tried to sell me he could do it, messed up so bad they went from being able to do a trade in to not being able to offer me a promotion after I already ordered a new phone through them .. then tried to make it better by offering a free iPad which shocker they are trying to bill me for. I am buying out of my plan and will never recommend them for phones.

Don’t waste your time. They can’t activate phones, if you did anything online they immediately turn you away and say they are a third party and are not able to handle eSIM activations unless you buy from them. What a joke. Kathrine the acting manager because there was no one else there above her stated this and was unwilling to help in any way other then to say she would call customer support and let me talk to them over the phone.

I had the wonderful pleasure of being served by KB. KB served with great patience, care, and kindness. I had complete confidence in his ability to help with my difficult case of switching phones. KB is a asset and a tremendous value to Verizon and if you need service visit his station or make an appointment, you will receive the BEST service.

What a fantastic experience to have our visit to the Verizon store in Crofton, MD be taken care of by the in-store Customer Service Rep. by the name of "K. B." I was so frustrated before entering the store (having previously trying to reach Verizon Customer Service 8 times to handle our problem re.bank info). Thanks to K.B. He convinced us NOT to leave Verizon for our cell phone & landlines accounts.
