What a fantastic experience to have our visit to the Verizon store in Crofton, MD be taken care of by the in-store Customer Service Rep. by the name of "K. B." I was so frustrated before entering the store (having previously trying to reach Verizon Customer Service 8 times to handle our problem re.bank info). Thanks to K.B. He convinced us NOT to leave Verizon for our cell phone & landlines accounts.

Brought my elderly Mother in to update her phone. They were so kind and patient with her. They took time to help her set up everything she needed. They helped her feel comfortable using her apps and things on her new phone. They set up her security with her. I was beyond grateful. My Mother was relieved and grateful as well. Wonderful experience.

Store doesn't have a dedicated customer numbering system, we were skipped over a few times before being helped, even when the store was moderately busy.

PERRY WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He was thorough in finding the best deal for my family and I. Furthermore, he heard what other customers and myself wanted, and made it happen. I will definitely be returning to him and referring him to others. His service was superb!

My boyfriend and I went to this location to put myself onto his phone plan and switch me from T-Mobile. Went in with just planning to switch me over and upgrade my phone. Ended up getting a phone and an iPad. Ron was our rep and we have no complaints about him whatsoever. Ended up paying a lot less than we expected too! Definitely will work with Ron with our future Verizon needs :)

Pleasssse go to a real Verizon store. This is a third party and will leave you messed up on your bill and Verizon account! Got 2 new phones, they said they shipped the second to my family member only to never get the first one, second one took 2 weeks and now they said they can’t find the return. They were suppose to apply 2 discounts/incentives that’s why I got the upgrade in use first place… did they do it, no. I tried being as patient as possible and they did try to help, they really did that’s why I won’t name names, but they are useless always being held back by the fact they aren’t a real Verizon store and can’t see everything. After multiple calls and trips into the store I’m left with a bill $100 more a month when it was suppose to be $20 less than when I walked in.Please listen and go to a real Verizon! I NEVER write reviews but I had to for this time.

Too expensive and not much help today from the salesperson, even though we said we'd come back if they could match or better the price of what we have now, of course, they couldn't, or even tried. Sorry Verizon, you're a rip-off.

I went into Verizon this morning and met with Shane Deery and had the best customer service I have experienced in quite awhile. Dedicated, patience, trustworthy and honest. What more could one ask for. Thank you Shane for this great experience

Please visit, Van, our salesperson at the Verizon store in Gambrills. He's excellent! Knowledgeable about the products, friendly and extremely patient throughout the buying process. The entire team seems friendly but he was the best. They won my husband and me over!! We will definitely buy from this store and Van again. Thank you, Van.

UPDATE: Shane reached out to my parents and myself clarifying we were never charged. The other sales associate we spoke with was giving us wrong information on what happened. I appreciate the clarification on Shane’s part to make sure we were not charged and everything worked out. Thank you Shane!I am not giving 5 stars due to my own interaction with Steve, another sales associate.
