Visionworks Village South at Waugh Chapel is a convenient family eye care location with on-site licensed doctors for exams. The staff includes friendly, helpful, and personable eyewear specialists who provide reassuring service and make customers feel comfortable and confident. The location offers a wide selection of glasses frames from top brands and handles repairs, sometimes creatively solving problems by fitting lenses into new frames. The shopping mall location provides plenty of parking and opportunities to combine errands with other fun activities. However, significant frustration exists with phone communication, as calls are consistently directed to a general customer service center without successful callbacks, making simple administrative tasks like obtaining a document very difficult. While many in-person experiences are positive, this issue has led to disappointment and a potential loss of future business from some long-term customers.

I went to the visionworks eye office In Gambrills Maryland the wait time was good, the customer service at the front entrance was a 10 the eye doctor that serviced me was very helpful and informative she made me feel very comfortable and the selection of glasses to choose from were great
