“This review is based on a visit to one Royal Farms store/station. But I have been to the competition across the street and I have a better experience at RF. I cannot speak to the food aspect, because I haven't purchased it at RF. But the gas is always cheaper, the pumps easily accessible and the staff friendly and eager to assist. As an example, I had a few questions about the Royal Farms app. Staff helped me and actually spent quality time with me to make sure I understood the various functional aspects of it. That creates the kind of positive vibe that makes one want to be a repeat customer.”
