I would give a Big 0 if I could!! WORST PHOTO SHOP DEPARTMENT!!! They dont care about how the prints turn out and tried to charge you twice. Missing pictures and claimed that they completed the order as I'm standing there with my online proof of quantity. Very unprofessional and just irritating to work with. Had to come back three times for a 1 order that they didnt have the materials on stock. JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!

Nkem gave our whole family flu/covid shots. Young kids and I’m also not crazy about shots. She said she gives the best shots and she wasn’t lying. Didn’t feel a thing and my kids agreed. She was very patient. She made our long wait worth it.

Time after time I come to this Walgreens and the customer service is terrible. Prescriptions take forever to fill. When a patient needs medication, how is it okay to not have it filled within 7 hours? Telling me “We are short-staffed and backed up,” is absolutely unacceptable. Close this location or manage the pharmacy and store properly by having more than 2 or 3 staff in the store, and/or have the common courtesy to transfer prescriptions if you can’t fill them in 7 hours!

Please do not use the Photo Studio here. Order from anywhere else.The level of incompetence is not worth your time. Your order will not be correct in every way possible. And you will lose time and money. I was first given an order that had my name but with someone else's photos. After 40 minutes of waiting for reprinting- my order seemed okay- it was at least mine. Then at further look- out of over 300 photos- i had maybe 50 photos printed 5 times. So so many duplicates with so little of my photos. The photo studio should stop taking orders until they can hire an employee to actually be dedicated toward the job and actually focus on orders. The employee and customers are both not set up for success here.

Meant to leave this last month! Koren(not sure of her last name) was super helpful and spent a large chunk of her day fixing my medication issue. Not only this but she had a positive attitude the whole time which is pretty rare nowadays. Someone give her a raise/promotion! Thanks Karen!

I should have read the reviews before scheduling a vaccine here. Rude and no time management. Multiple signs contradicting each other and then treat you like you're the problem for just following their instructions. Why bother make an appointment if you have to wait an hour to be seen. Absolute waste.

Worst pharmacy in the region, don’t waste your time sending your prescriptions there. Very recently I tried to pick up a prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. It took over 1 hour. The most recent issue (5/20/25), I was told it would take 30 minutes, I drove around and returned after 1 hour, was told it would take another 25 minutes - and then in the end they did not even have the medicine in stock. I was told they would order and to return the next day. On the following day, was told AGAIN that it would take 30 minutes and AGAIN, they did not even have the medicine in stock. They are not transparent with customers and do not value our time.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. The people are ignorant. You wait for a half hour with nobody in line. They randomly close it down for a half hour. This place is absolute frustrating and terrible. save yourself the hassle and don’t even go there.

Always long wait times in the pharmacy. Often you get there and they can’t find your prescription and ask you to come back. Need more pharmacy employees.

This is the absolute most incompetent pharmacy you will ever encounter. We left here years ago for similar reasons, but now that our insurance is forcing us to start doing 90 day supplies, we had to come back to Walgreens or go through the mail. I tried to pick up my prescription today and they could not get my insurance to work. I even got a representative from my insurance on the phone and as she was trying to help walk them through what issue they claimed was happening, the pharmacist that was working on it for me decided she didn’t want to deal with it anymore and just told me that the system crashed and I would have to have my doctor send over a new prescription, which is closed today because it’s Saturday and I am out of my blood pressure medicine.

Do not use their pharmacy services. It will take DAYS for a prescription to be filled and the line is always long inside and in the drive thru.
