“I haven’t received the chair yet, but I had a wonderful show room experience and a great advocate in Elizabeth Thomas. She took quick stock of my needs, asked great, clear questions, and presented several options based on taste, physical characteristics (height, weight, etc.), and her personal experience. We found a great chair quickly, and we were able to process the full sale within a half hour. Liz was very clear on pricing, service, delivery, and so on, including explanations of the various programs like warranties and additional coverage.
It was a great showroom experience, and and I hope to update more on the actual product once received. That said, I can’t thank Liz enough for a great first La Z Boy experience.”
“Ive visited this place every year since 2024 and it never dissapoints. Ive visited the witch board museum located upstairs 3 times and each time something new appears and something new to learn. Ive bought my two headed rabbit, wet specimen rat etc from there. My favorite place!”
“This place is excellent place for purchasing window treatments and having them install those treatments. Their treatments come with a warranty. If warranty services are required, after appointment is made, expert professionals arrive on time, diagnose the problem and either fix it or order a needed part, making another appointment to deliver part and do what is needed to resolve the issue in a timely and effective way. I have been very pleased with all of my multiple purchases. They inform of the furure times when sales will be available to realize a cost savings for certain window treatment types and products.”
“Great hardware store. The employees are very helpful with finding whatever you need and the selection of Stihl power tools is very good. They will go out of their way to help find what you need. If they are out of an item they will order it for you, reserve it and call you promptly to let you know that what you ordered came in for pick up.”

Most recently was a beautiful flowy silk sheer day dress with cuts and a bias to die for...found the perfect long slip to wear under it. She struck up a pleasant conversation and before we knew it, we were in the market for a complete upgrade to our family room. She was knowledgeable, professional and even enlisted Mary (a designer there) to help us with ideas. I am now looking forward to receiving my furniture in a few weeks. Cami is a rare find…and a true asset to Arhaus.”
“An absolutely underrated gem in Baltimore!
This shop really surpassed my expectations. I needed some Ankara fabric and wanted to support a local business instead of going to NYC like I normally would. It is filled to the brim with beautiful art, fabric, jewelry, oils, and more! The prices are very reasonable and the quality is top-notch. Anything in this shop would make wonderful gifts for holidays, birthdays, special occasions, etc. You need to give yourself at least an hour to peruse all the beautiful products (or just keep coming back!). I had a wonderful chat with the lovely ladies of Sankofa, who were very warm, funny, and knowledgeable. I wish I had visited sooner, but now that I know, I'll be back frequently!”

If you buy furniture their the staff helps you put it into your car which is very helpful! “My experience started a bit slow because the showroom was crowded and I had to wait before getting assistance. Once a salesperson helped me, things improved a lot. He explained the differences between engineered wood and solid wood in simple terms, which helped me choose a study desk. The price was fair compared to other stores nearby. Delivery arrived on time, but one screw kit was missing. I called them and they sent it the next morning. The desk itself is stable and works well for daily use.”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

Lots to look at from the planters outside to unique Christmas and decor from around the world inside. PAT is a doll and has been here for 21 years. Take a reset day and go visit. It's so cozy inside, even a woodstove fireplace to keep you warm.”
