Capital One Bank receives mixed reviews. Some customers report good services and competitive interest rates. Others find the online banking inconvenient, with issues transferring funds. Wait times can be long with only one teller at the counter. ATM disputes, like a system shutdown during a deposit, can occur. However, tellers are noted for being awesome and providing helpful, patient explanations to all customers.
Went in to swap out some damaged money. The teller was more than friendly and kind enough to help me switch it out despite not even having an account with them. I'll be making one in the near future.

Nice bank that is super accessible. There are 2 drive up windows onsite. Easy experience passing through here

Some days I go in there, and there's only one teller at the counter, and there's 4 to 5 people in line. The online banking sucks. If I want to transfer funds from my checking to my savings, it won't let me. I have to go into the bank and wait in line to have this done. This is very inconvenient for the customer.
