Some days I go in there, and there's only one teller at the counter, and there's 4 to 5 people in line. The online banking sucks. If I want to transfer funds from my checking to my savings, it won't let me. I have to go into the bank and wait in line to have this done. This is very inconvenient for the customer.

Just left capital one I just wanted to note that the teller Joseph was awesome he helped double and triple explain things to me I am an autistic adult and unfortunately I was not taught certain skills as an child I truly did appreciate the help

I just deposited $300 in the system shut down at the ATM now. I gotta wait on the dispute. Hopefully I’ll get my money back in the next 24 hours.

Your atm just took $60 from me . Do not use the atm here just wait until a teller can help you.
The system just shut down said it was an “error “ and returned my card. I had to drive to the capital one in milestone to deposit the rest of my money. (Specifically the atm closest to the branch)
This money was for school and now the representative said it could take 1-2 or even 45 days max to settle this dispute.

Don't waste your time and go with another bank! Been with them for years, but will definitely be searching for another bank. They stopped providing Roth IRA accounts awhile back and "sold" my account to another bank (fine). However, I when I go make a yearly transfer of money into that account, I find out Capital One can't transfer my money. What??? So you selected this bank and transferred my entire Roth IRA account to them, but then tell me I can't make a transfer? The most frustrating part is that I called and was told I COULD do this, but then the system wouldn't let me. I went into the branch today and was just told that I would have to call corporate. The staff member ended up calling corporate for me (only after seeing I was visibly upset), only to be told that I couldn't do the transfer.

I walked in the bank with $4000 counted the money three times gave it to the teller first he told me it was 3600 then he counted it by hand 3790 then he put it through the machine 3640 now I spent an hour trying to change money because was trying to figure out where the rest of the money went. I was told by supervisor that a claim will be open and she will advise me what’s the next step? I called the bank a couple of weeks later to find out that my claim was closed, the manager lied to me Completely rude how do you handle my situation never got the rest of my money never got a email about my case or nothing

Everything was good until i deposit money on the ATM and the money got stuck. Now i have money and I’m waiting for them to solve the issue but they don’t solve it quick. This is just bad because i need the money to pay bills and they don’t care about solving the problem

If I could give 0 star I completely would. I came in here with my mother trying to open an account for her. Ngozi was the name of the person helping us. I explained I was going to help my mom with her English. She said nothing about it. As she’s explaining the different accounts she ask my mom for her phone number and she stops me in the middle of giving it to her and says that my mom is the one that needs to give her that information. I look at her and tell her I just told you I am helping her because her English is not the best and she says you know what do it online. All the communication I need to have is in English. We can not open an account in Spanish. I ask if there is someone else who can help us who speaks in Spanish because I’m watching all these other people helping others IN SPANISH. She tells me no. We decide to just leave at this point because to me this is ridiculous. I’ve never heard you can’t open a bank account unless you speak English.

Have been going to this branch for a long time. Visited recently to open an account for my mom, I know it's not complicated and we could do it online. But wanted to get done all in one place and have mom get an experience of communication with a clerk, she's learning English. Waited for for 30min for one and only rep to get free. She had one customer and once she was done with him she didn't check in with us, didn't us anything, and disappeared in the back. Anthother lady stopped by on her way to lunch break said someone from the counter would be able to help once they are done. Lady named Ngozi. Called to us and offer help to direct us to the website... I've clearly stated that we wanted to open an account at the branch. She said that all accounts are serviced online and she's trying to help me. With what? I don't know. Customer service is dying..

I opened an account in late June. The teller gave me the impression that a checking account would be opened automatically and that there would be 50 free checks. After a month when I didn't get the checks, I went back to the branch. I was told that I had to order the checks myself, that it wasn't automatic. I asked if she could place the order right then, and she said she could. It's now August 6 and I still have not received any checks. I'm going to try one more time, on my own computer, as soon as I finish this negative review. But I'm debating if I should just close the account and be done with it.
