“I was in Sherwin Williams today (Germantown) trying to get paint for a cove in my dining room. I was a bit unsure of what color to pick between 2 different shades or the same color. Brian was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and very helpful. I was deciding between 2 blues, one lighter and one darker. He told me that when the paint dries it tends to be a little darker. That made my decision so much easier. He’s a great asset to your company. I will definitely return if I need more paint In the future. Thank you Brian!”
“Nicolas helped me out with my paint order. It was 30 mins from closing time and I could see that he'd already had a long day with a line of customers still waiting to be served after me. He was super helpful and helped me get everything I needed for my paint project. He even helped load the paint into my car after the store's official closing time. Haven't seen this level of customer service in a while. I hope Sherwin Williams is aware of how valuable of an employee they have in Nicolas.”

“This Sherwin Williams is one of the best of the Area! Barbara helped me with my project on painting my house and living areas. She was efficient, knowledgeable and sweet. She recommended some great paint supplies too! The assistant manager I think his name was Mikael explained sheen differences to me and helped as well. I will be coming back for future projects and recommending to friends who are looking to paint soon.”

“Went to the store on a Tuesday with a picture of a 9 year old can of paint color a guy by the name of Nick desperately tried to convert it does something available today but the system would not allow him. This is not the first time this has happened to me because of the color being so old. I've heard before that I would need a piece of the paint that I'm looking for. Luckily I still had paint in the old can so I went home and got a big slap of it went back on a day to work with Nick. I cannot say more positive things about Nick he is super knowledgeable and very eager to help customers. And it also helps that he's extremely nice!”

As someone who doesn't have a clue about paint whatsoever Khalid* really made me feel super comfortable and shared his knowledge about the different finishes of the paints and his overall expertise. He helped me load the paints to my car and I really commend his genuine, friendly, and professional demeanor. You don't meet people like that in service anymore and that is what really matters. The experience* is what will bring me back to this store specifically and who I will be recommending amongst the people I know. My interactions with manager rich and the other young gentleman were brief, but also positive. I would recommend checking out this branch for SW.”

Shane and Adam are great at color matching and they know the products they sell. You can be very confident following any advice they give you to help with your painting projects.”
