“1 Wilson Rd is located on the USNA yard, in the midshipmen dorm (Bancroft Hall) across from the tailor shop. It will not come up on GPS as it is a restricted access office serving the students, faculty and staff of the USNA. It only has PO boxes for the students they only handle mail delivery for the studentsIf you have access to the grounds and dorm, it's a great little office. 2 employees, very helpful.”
“My trip to the Severna Park post office was the best experience Ive ever had at a post office in Maryland. The staff were kind and helpful and the wait was not long at all (Monday afternoon at 1:30pm). Shout out to Timara, who assisted me and was wonderful.”
“I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.”
“We went to get passports with our daughter today. Aside from the internet being down and having to go get cash to pay for them since the credit card machines were down as well (which is out if their control) we had a pretty good experience. Dalisha was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and even patient while I had to make a few phone calls to find out a few pieces of information from family that I was not aware was needed on our passport applications. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped complete the passport forms. She knew all the documents needed and exactly how everything was to be prepared. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name who took our pics, but he was also helping other customers while we working on the passport forms with Dalisha and he also seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I had stopped by approx 2 weeks ago an purchased a 100 roll of stamps with approx 2 pieces of mail an got back home an could not find the roll anywhere in my truck or at home, I thought that I left it or dropped it somewhere in between. I came back in today to purchase more stamps an Tina had found the roll I dropped in the parking lot!!! I thought she was kind an she remembered me when I purchased the stamps.. Thank you Tina ?..”

“Update: My package went MIA, and I had misplaced my tracking number, but Maddy(sp?) was able to look the order up. USPS had delivered without a hitch (early actually) but the condo mailroom had misplaced it. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This place has helped me pull off last minute Christmas gifts to the family for years!
