“Always use Enterprise, never had a problem with them. I don’t like the new after hours policy of not being able to return the vehicle after business hours. Paying for a whole extra day, when you may have needed it for just a few more hours, for reasons outside of your control (traffic etc) can be disappointing.”

“I want to start off by saying that I did read everyone else's comments until after I already rented the car, and I'm not really sure what all the negativity is about. Well, maybe some of it I get, but not all of it! Here is the biggest thing about them that I will say that was a turn-off for me, specifically the price of the cars. The car was overpriced, and it definitely had some issues while driving with certain check engine lights and things being on, but honestly, it was just the price. When I went to pick up the car they had the car available and clean and ready for me to take it yes I did have to get my own insurance yes it does have to be full coverage to rent the car but all I had to do was call my insurance company and they did all the work for me I didn't have to do anything else they told my insurance company which car I would be using and for how long I would be using it. They made sure that I got what I asked for and even though I did not send a deposit beforehand because I was looking for a basic small vehicle I guess I was lucky that there was one there but they did inform me that without a deposit it was first come first serve and if I got there and there was no car it was on me. My experience was not as harsh obviously as everyone else's and we all have to take our time and experience things for ourselves for me personally I did not have an issue with any of the things that was going on with my rental and how everything was set up and done other than the fact that the car was so expensive the rental itself is expensive everyday but I understand the deposit I understand the insurance and all the other things are not an issue. If you have an emergency and you really need a car, then this place is fine as long as you have the money to pay for it it's great. If you can get your insurance together and rent a car from them, then you don't have anything to worry about. If you have other issues going on, you are going to have to go someplace else it just is what it is. I hope that this helps in some way. “My family has rented vehicles from this Avis/Budget car rental location in Glen Burnie MD multiple times for moving truck rentals as well as car rentals.
This office has a family atmosphere with a small staff, who are courteous, professional and friendly. As a senior, this is important to me. On a recent visit, their computers were down during a busy time. The Assistant Manager, Tedi Tessema continued to assist each person as quickly as possible, having to complete some actions manually and over the phone. He never got rattled, but continued with a calmness that spilled over to the people who were waiting. I had aome questions and he answered them without rushing me. He's a jewel to the organization. Conversations among the customers were cordial and empathetic for the staff. One by one as the customers transactions were completed, they bid glad tidings to everyone as they left. This is the type of place you want to give your business to. I meant to add this feedback before but thought of it today as I will be back to their office again soon. “First, Tedi is the reason we are giving this location five stars. We recently needed a cargo van late on a Friday. We reserved one online but Budget didn’t have a record of it. Tedi took care of us. He found us a truck, but it needed an oil change for us to rent it. No problem. He literally took off his shirt, put on a mechanics shirt, went into the garage, and did the oil change himself! What service! I will use Budget from that location again to be sure. Thanks, Tedi!!”

“I was a little skeptical booking here because of the negative reviews associated with them and picking up for ride share. But I risked it instead of spending a good bit of extra money at the airport rental. I arrived with no difficulties and actually was at a separate check in compared to ride share. Mariah was the hertz associate who helped with my rental experience at the store. She was great! She personally took just a few minutes to check out the vehicle and clean a couple missed spots and then I was on my way. Upon returning she was also there and made drop off a breeze. I wish they had a separate review for the private rental experience which is completely separate from the negative ride share reviews. Even the associates in the ride share department seemed to be fine.”
