“I live here in Glen Burnie and had been renting cars from GB rentals on Crain Hwy, but they are no longer there. In need of a non national car rental chain my search found RentAwreck here in GB that also have a neighborhood/local car renting philosophy and decided to book a reservation. Today is the end of my rental period and the whole experience was easy, friendly and very accommodating. From the beginning Alex explained the details of the pricing according to the type of card being used, he also made the first time process easy and clear to understand (now I am in the system on my next visit) and he knows his inventory quite well. On the return of the vehicle, they were not extremely busy as they were when I picked the car up (and even then I was in and out quickly) and since I am local they drove me back home. My experience was very professional.”

“Easy to navigate airport. Security lines were short at time I went. Many rental car companies on site or nearby by shuttle, Uber, Lyft and taxi readily available. Gaming machines, shops and restaurants while you wait. The only complaint, we were told by 2 attendants directing shuttles that our flights on American Airlines and Frontier would be in different terminals so my travel partner would not be able to meet up after going through the security checkpoint. We both ended up in the same terminal, Gate D area.”

“I had a pleasant experience with Joey and Austin. When I walked inside everyone was so pleasant. They were very accommodating in my stressful time of dealing with my vehicle being a total loss. I read some reviews about up charges. All you have to say is just give me what my insurance covers. “I frequently use Sterling Car Rental whenever getting any maintenance done to my car that requires it to be dropped off all day. They come right up to the dealership to pick me up and then drop me off back at the dealership after the work has been completed on my car. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Clarissa (I think that's here name) and Phyllis and both were extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get on my way fairly quickly during pick up and drop off. Additionally, the cars I've rented have always been clean and in good condition. The one time I had to self-pay, the price was extremely reasonable. The only thing I'd change is that there is someone in the office who wears way too much cologne or perfume and that scent is very disruptive and caused me a headache. Other than that, I've had a great experience during each of my visits to this location to rent a car.”

That is rare these days so I give him and the solo Lyft representative mad props for making it through such a busy day. It wasn't the fastest service but it was good service considering the circumstances.”
