“It sometimes takes a bit of research to get the best service.I needed a car so I connected the branch at 619 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204.The service was terrible. The guy "who was in charge" acted like a jerk and I was not served.I did a search for branches near where my car was being fixed on Harford Road and all my needs were addressed in a professional manner and even gave me a lift to pick up my car.I had to seek them out but mission accomplished, thanks for your stellar service.”

“My experience with this rental car company was a seamless process from the moment that I made contact with the call center. While most car rental companies require a credit card when renting a car and/or subject the customer to an astronomical incidental hold amount, NextCar does not. Upon making contact with the call center, I was successful in securing a reservation with my debit card. Additionally, the customer service representative ensured that I was aware of aware of all requirements prior to arriving at the NextCar location to retrieve the vehicle. Notwithstanding the above, the daily rate was approximately $30 cheaper per day than compared to other companies (e.g. Enterprise, Budget, Avis. etc.) Given this experience, I am not dubious in that I will continue to utilize this company for future rentals. Lastly, the staff at the Liberty Road location were nothing short of kind, welcoming, and thorough. “I was compelled to rent a car. And, I had one of the best experience of my life time in renting a car from the beginning to the end. The staff at Sterling Car Rental starting with Malika for over a month was superb and I would recommend to anyone renting a car (small, midsize, sedan or a passenger van) its there. Not only will you be lucky to work with Malika; but, you will get Tammy who will make sure you comfortable all the while when renewing the rental and Peggy does it all intermittently to fill in when Malika and Tammy is busy with other customers. In all Peggy is a great closer at what she do. Google fam, don't think its just three beautiful women there but, Andrew is the guy who can do and does everything Malika, Peggy and Tammy do. “I only give 5 Stars for the Customer Service and experience of TODAY at the ACTUAL STORE. The car was ready at the time they said it would be and I was in and out.But -5 for the fact that I had to wait 4 days for a car (set up by my insurance because my car was stolen)... Absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable honestly. But on top of everything I'm dealing with from the car being stolen and trying to make sure my kids get where they need to be throughout the day , ETC, I ended up renting a car on my own somewhere else until Enterprise had my car ready. But again five stars for the experience and the ladies in the actual store.”

“What a refreshing experience I had today with this enterprise location. The customer service was excellent! I was picked up at Collision Craft as promised and quickly taken to Enterprise to sign papers for my rental. Ernest was the gentleman who picked me, friendly, polite, great conversation during the quick drive. Upon arrival to the office I was greeted by two other gentleman with friendly smiles, paperwork signed, car specifics reviewed and away I went. These guys do customer service the right way!”

Needed a car while mine was in the shop, and rented a very nice Hyundai Accent for $30/day. The checkout process was quick and painless, with all the forms being electronic. “They were the best for my budget, pun intended. No issues other than the wipers on the vehicle probably needed to be replaced months ago. We hit torrential downpours while driving through a major city & that was not the time to discover the wipers do absolutely nothing because they were so worn. It was a bit scary. Everything else about the transaction was easy and although I would use them again, I would not do so without inspecting safety stuff on the vehicle because it doesn't seem to be their priority, and it really should be. Minus 1 star from an otherwise 5 star experience”

Eden, her father, and a younger individual I believe named David went above and beyond with their service. I travel it for work and rent cars from whichever company offers the best deals - the people at this location at the Radisson make me want to stay loyal to them and to Budget as a company!Please note it’s a small location with people working hard to get you what you need. I had help within 5 minutes every time.Also please note their hours of operation.
