One of the gentleman working in the shop came out and changed it for me, I offered to pay him and he refused. “If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go.

On the day my car was ready all I had to do was leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my own car. I had to give them a deposit and within 2 days of returning the rental the deposit had been credited back to my card. Would definitely use Sterling again.”
