“The car was great, the service was great, but the most important part was after we dropped the car off and went to the airport, I realized that I had left my prescription sunglasses in the car.
I had to take the shuttle back to Alamo, and Emily and Terrence went above and beyond, during a busy time, to dig through the lost and found. I explained that we were going to the beach for 2 weeks the next day and, again, they were prescription glasses.
They both deserve kudos, raises, and promotions. They didn't make me feel like an idiot for something stupid that was my fault, helped me beyond what was required, and we were able to get back to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.
They were professional, empathetic and friendly. I cannot say enough good things.

“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”
“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”

“5 stars for a rental car facility?
I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

“The service from ordering online, pick up and drop-off was outstanding. This past Friday was a nightmare for your employees as there were no cars available and many, many customers were short tempered and very rude. The Thrifty staff handled each customer with politeness and professionalism while being verbally attacked by irate customers. The rep that handled my rental pickup that day was the most professional, even while a waiting customer was hurling insults at her. Also, a Ms. Joyce who assisted with my return todaywas also a breath of fresh air and so professional. Thank you Thrifty staff from the cleaning crew to the drop-off.”

“I arrived at BWI Hertz Location... It was after midnight. They were out of Full-size Vehicles, but they offered a SUV in is place. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional and did what was expected to solve the Issue. THANK YOU for having a great team at BWI... They stepped up right away to solve the Issue. Very easy to see why Hertz is #1.”
“Hardly any wait. Free upgrade. Great customer service. In and out and that was at about 445 pm. Had to return car super early at 345 am shuttle was there ready to take us back to the airport. No problems. And this was during the government shutdown. November 5-9 2025.”
