“4 July I was stranded in BWI and could only get to CLT via RDU. I went to National Car Rental RDU from the terminal and met two of the MOST AMAZING gentlemen- DEVON and QUAN!
Devon took great care of me and moved mountains to make sure aI could get to CLT and back to RDU for my flight the next day. Devon is kind very patient knowledgeable and caring. The facility is well run and uber efficient. The entire staff appears very friendly with customers and each other. Everyone worked seamlessly together to get the cars assigned and customers on their way. This National location is a BEST KEPT SECRET. I believe Devon’s way with people is a main reason the staff is cohesive helpful and happy. Devon didn’t hesitate to jump in and help wherever his staff needed his assistance to maintain a positive environment. Devon thank you!! I’ll NEVER FORGET what you did for me!
Quan is a quiet friendly gentle soul who helped me to remain calm and assured with his quick wit friendly smile and BIG ❤! Quan I KNOW WHAT YOU DID AS WELL and will be back to thank you in person!!! This is an amazing location with great service as their cornerstone! Beautiful cars and SUVs to choose. I rented a 2026 Honda Accord that sailed down the highway smoothly and quickly! Devon and his team made the end of my 4th of July pleasantly perfect.”

Unbelievable customer service I met Emerson to check out my car. He was super friendly and in his generation not many people are nice friendly smile and make you feel great. He took care of everything. Then when I went to get the car, I met Brian he greeted me with a smile, gave great eye contact and took me to my car and they’re just very nice personable guys. They will do great in the enterprise management system just because they’re so nice and personable. They know what it’s like to treat an old man nice. I’m so pleasantly surprised because in the past I haven’t had great experience. It’s all attitude and these two guys have an excellent attitude.”

“I enjoy renting from NextCar. The front representatives are friendly & efficient. My only complaint is on two different occasions I have left items in the car and when i called back to retrieve them no one can seem to locate the items. I think any items left by customers should be taken to lost & found or the manager to login or contact the customer.”

“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”

I had a 6am flight at BWI and had to drop off the rental car around 4am, and was nervous that it was going to be some little dark building in the middle of nowhere... quite the opposite, it was well-lit and safe, and had clean bathrooms, and the shuttle seems to run pretty regularly even at 4am! (Or we just got lucky.)”

“The service from ordering online, pick up and drop-off was outstanding. This past Friday was a nightmare for your employees as there were no cars available and many, many customers were short tempered and very rude. The Thrifty staff handled each customer with politeness and professionalism while being verbally attacked by irate customers. The rep that handled my rental pickup that day was the most professional, even while a waiting customer was hurling insults at her. Also, a Ms. Joyce who assisted with my return todaywas also a breath of fresh air and so professional. Thank you Thrifty staff from the cleaning crew to the drop-off.”

“When I arrived to get my car the budget office had signs directing me to zone 1 - I couldn’t find it- a few employees - EARL and JEFF I believe were their names saw that I was completely confused and stopped to help me and brought over a car- there was another lovely gentleman who also stopped and helped me. They made my experience so nice and were so kind. At a time when customer service is at an all time low- these men were so lovely and helpful- Budget if you reading this- reward these men for doing a great job- going above and beyond and making this lady’s day were their warmth and kindness.”
