The staff is great and they do the best jobs with the nails. They even gave me an early appointment so my dog didn't have to go out into the heat. Thank you for all the hard work you do.

Good selection of live plants and fish! Although the stock on live plants is usually almost out. This is my tank that I built using only plants from PetSmart. (Keep in mind the plants are the only thing bought from PetSmart in the image)

Stopped by today at my local pet smart that I go to multiple times a week for various things. Today my wife and I came in and they had a big bin of beds for sale for 20 dollars, the wife and I grabbed one bed and some extra stuff for the dogs, we go up to check out, ring up and the price for the dog bed is 45 dollars.
Not correct, she tells us hold on this is the third time in 5 minutes someone has come up with a wrongly priced bed. Then calls her manager over the headset to tell them this is the same issue in the last 5 minutes, 3 people have come up with a bed that was in the section for 20 but not ringing up correct.
Instead of getting her manager to resolve she tells the manager that it’s a problem and to check the location to make sure. They didn’t adjust price they didn’t offer to resolve or go back and check to see. They just told us no. I asked the worker to let the manager know that we won’t be shopping here again and that they lost consistent customers over their lack of resolving a simple price error that she even stated happened 3 times in the last 5 minutes.
Do better, shop elsewhere and spend your money elsewhere

I bought 10 feeders. I don't feed all at one time. all died but 3. I should know better. I saw the fish did not look healthy. They looked sick when I bought them. They will not let you pick the ones you want. I wouldn't had minded that but there feeders are sick and I'm not feeding my other fish sick fish. I won't go there again.

Not a bad place but I feel like there was only three people working and two were on the registers. I had some questions about cat food, but I had to take a risk because there was no one around who was available to assist me place that I come for my fish needs as well, although it is a big box store and the prices are ravaging
