  💯 Saw recent reviews and decided to drop in today. Totally positive experience from start to finish. The greeter was warm and sincere. And Devynn, my teller, was extremely helpful. She processed the job professionally and efficiently, and kindly offered services which are definitely needed. Won't hesitate to visit again.

  This is the worst pnc branch I have been to. Waited in line for over twenty minutes, then I finally got to the teller to do a simple withdrawal from my checkings and had to wait another 15 minutes for a manager to “approve” the withdrawal.
