Customer service representative was rude and nonchalant. Quick to cut me off before I could get my full questions out. Not sure why she's even working there is her passion is not to help patients. Not sure what there mission statement reads, however, she is not adhering to it I'm sure.

Bridgette was awesome!! She was very thorough, thoughtful, easy to talk to, ensured that my equipment fit perfectly, and ensured my comfortability. She went over the equipment and provided me with hands on to make sure I could operate and place mask on accordingly. Lastly, she provided me with reading material and contact information for supplies, questions and her number as well. Smiles Veronica

Customer service is terrible. I’ve been transferred around multiple times today and twice calls were disconnected. Twice the call told me the wait time was 23,000 minutes. My payment due amount never matches the statement amounts. I don’t have time for this. I’m looking for a new supplier.

Got my first introduction to a CPA machine at Rotech with Jason and Bridgett

Customer Service rep put me immediately on hold and transferred me 4 times back into the queue and then hung up on me. I hope leadership monitor their calls to see why there are so many complaints and bad reviews. Customer Service it's worst!!!

The folks at the Glen Burnie, MD office offer exceptionally VERY HIGH QUALITY customer service. They listen and respond to questions about the equipment and its use in plain English - uncluttered with scientific jargon which most non-technically oriented people - like me - cannot understand. CONGRATULATIONS BIG TIME to your Glen Burnie team - and to all the other folks who design, make, update your products and offer great customer service.

These people Do Not have their act together!!! I have called 4 times giving them my secondary insurance but continue to get bills! Hire some people that understand English!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Horrible company said would deliver my bed potty chair & Rollator to my house never showed twice than stated it not covered by insurance when I call my ins and thry said it was.
Than thry stated after my Dr wrote I needed a wheelchair cause I'm bed bond until my surgery that it's it was not covered fight after fight to try to get help when my son had to go there and psychically pick up thr wheel chair.
I'm reporting this co oany to BBB and medical advisory Board. Try to avoid if all necessary.

A family member's CPAP malfunctioned and Rotech was zero help, saying they could not service the machine or provide any help at all. The doctor decided to submit a new prescription for a replacement CPAP, but a month later, Rotech made no progress processing it. When I called, they were unable to find a status on the prescription and could not provide a timeline for the replacement. When there were issues in the past for basic issues like the wrong equipment being sent, my family member would call and get the runaround and no resolution. If you rely on a CPAP to sleep, you know how unacceptable it is to not have a functioning CPAP; if this company can't provide functioning equipment, then it's useless.

I had absolutely no issues when I visited to get a new CPAP machine. The technician explained the features and answered my questions. The people at the front desk were nice. Same as when I called to set up the appointment. I don't know what you all are talking about lol

I had a very disappointing experience with Rotech. From the moment I reached out, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The representative I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns.
Not only did they fail to resolve my issue, but they also kept me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, only to transfer me multiple times without explanation. Even after escalating the matter, I received no follow-up or resolution.
It’s frustrating to deal with a company that lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
