Awful branch. Cheryl is awful to work with, does not care for the needs of her clients. Would avoid this location.

I won't use them for major banking. I've had an extremely bad experience with getting wrong information online and at the branch. So I'll keep my account for basic occasional banking.

As a bank, Truist is one of the worst I have encountered, they refuse to work with other banks to verify their own checks. This has resulted in multiple account lockouts and restrictions. Truist does not work with third parties regardless of situation.

Truist bank is the worst! They put my family and I in hardship when they decided upon themselves to take mortgage payment out my account WITHOUT my authorization. Keep in mind, that I ALWAYS pay my bills on time, and paid my mortgage on the 1st of every month. It took them a week and a half to refund my money, after calling them 3 times.

They treat people of color(Hispanic) with disrespect I've been making auto loan payments with BB&T since 2018 and never had an issue always made the payment for my husband as I was an authorized user in the account and yet today she even said they need my Physical Id to show the camera which I had with no problem and after she made me go to my car she proceeded to tell me that I could do the payment because I wasn't on The loan. Which is crazy due to the fact that moths ago I went in with no problem. People come on this is crazy.

Every time I go to this branch it is a line with a 20 min. Wait time, and one teller serving customers.

I've banked with Suntrust for nearly 20 years and have most of my finances tied to Suntrust. I've never complained one time. This location today made me want to leave the bank in about 10 minutes. The complete and utter lack of care for me as a human being was extremely apparent much less a client. After being greeted with only roadblocks and negativity and making multiple trips to the bank, I finally figured out a solution to get them to give me funds from my own account. At this point I was told I need to show them my signature on a withdrawal slip which I did. I was told to give them my name again "less sloppily." Ok - I printed my name on the slip. I was told that it doesn't match whatever signature the teller was looking at and that I only get two chances to provide a signature. I had no idea what the teller was talking about. So I spent the next 10 minutes asking what process the teller was talking about and if my withdrawal was being rejected. I was told the same thing over and over that my signature didn't match. I provided my license, passport, and three Suntrust cards with a matching signature. I was told that those are not valid forms. Then they said that I should give them a new signature for their records. What?! I can give you a new signature but you can't proceed with the transaction I've been trying to do all day because of my signature I just gave you?! Finally I was like Ok - how long does it take to process the new signature. She was like a few days. I was like please I need the transaction today can you get a manager? She said oh there isn't an issue with completing the transaction. I said - so why did you just put me through this whole thing?! Oh because I need to see your signature... OMG - not talking with a human. I said all I want from you is to say nothing aside from here's what you asked for and thank you. She told me stay calm down. OMG!! So I did at this day you have got to be joking and that this was not acceptable. So the manager goes over to the TELLER and asks the TELLER not the client if there is a problem... to which she says - he's upset because I told him his signature doesn't match. Mercy - lord... I just laughed... worst service ever. If the manager had asked the client I would have told her that I'm upset my partner was nearly killed in a car accident through no fault and we had to get him a car for his job within a few days. And they provided not only no solution for a money transfer in 24 hours but made EVERYTHING harder and apparently judged my handwriting and attitude about the service. The entitlement of these employees was staggering. They even said these are our names if you want to complain... as if to dare me to challenge or take issue with their behavior and handed me my check. Bank used to be about service and people... not whatever process they are focused on. How about this? When I said I need to get funds from my account to this person for an emergency car loan... Have told me in the morning how I could resolve my issue and do it for me?! Instead I had to work with a random car dealership! Don't tell what I can't do and what I did wrong! And then have the nerve to act as if I'm in the wrong! Awful, simply awful! And now I'm left feeling like I don't get to go back to my bank...
