Logan stopped us from grabbing the wrong supplies for a tool rental. He went a huge step further and helped us pick out another piece of equipment that had the sanding pads we needed. We greatly appreciate his friendliness and willingness to help!

Went there 4 times over the last week and a half and every time you go to the store you have to hunt for flat carts. I suggest they order about 10 so that they can keep up. The store is losing business due to this issue.

The staff was more concerned about talking about Christmas gifts than helping me find the correct product we had been looking for. I asked for help and it felt like I was interrupting there conversations. Management needs to really evaluate how they monitor their employees better.
