Can’t get ahold of anyone. You sit on hold indefinitely. When you show up to pick up a prescription it takes ridiculously long. If there’s 2 people ahead of you in line you might as well bring dinner with you.

Every employee is efficient and kind. They may be hard to reach by phone in occasion, however I'll never go any where else for my prescription or vaccine needs.

Don't lecture me that I'm wrong about my prescription being ready WHEN I'M STARING AT THE NOTIFICATION. If you reshelved it or there was a mistake, fine. I wouldn't be upset if you admit your honest mistake, but don't try to put it on me.
