“Keith was so incredibly kind and helpful during my visit, observed me having difficulty locating what I needed and swiftly came over asking if he could help. I needed only one jalapeño pepper but there were only multiple jalapeños packaged together for sale on the floor. Keith went to the back and came back out with another pack of jalapeños, asked me which one I wanted, and then repackaged the single pepper for me for individual sale. And he did it all with a smile on his face, like he truly enjoyed his job and being helpful, which is unfortunately not so common these days. Geresbeck’s feels like a true community store, and Keith is a good reflection of that.”
“Love food lion. They always have bogo deals and Manager sale prices going on. This is the place to go for all of your food shopping needs. They almost always have a deal on the sodas and different meats. They have an amazing little bakery and deli. They'll also customize cakes here as well. Great store.”
“Good Costco overall, but their exit flow and eating area need work. It gets very clogged up there.
And they have though parking spaces that it would be better to make them a bit larger. With all the trucks and larger vehicles that people bring to load up on bulk purchases, out gets hard to load up you car from the side. And it's impossible to navigate your cart between vehicles.”
“I love this Aldis location. The quality their stock is always refreshed. I really love that when you walk in the door it is never congested. That’s a plus. The cashiers always go above and beyond.

“I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”
“First time visiting this grocery store. Upon entering you can smell the bakery section. Lots of pastries breads and doughnuts. This store seemed to have a lot of items that my usual grocery store doesn’t carry. The bins of household items were also a nice surprise. I’ve found several useful things. If you haven’t been yet I recommend going. They have something for everyone!!”
“I like that they have frozen fruit and veggies. That's awesome! Unlike other Dollar General they are organized and the isles are clear so you can get down them without clearing a way or cleaning up something.”
“Wish there was not so many displays in each isle. Makes it had to shop. Blocks items on the shelves and hard to pass by with multiple people in same isle. Would look cleaner without stand alone displays.”
“The Best Maryland Lottery service that any store has. Very Nice, Friendly & Respectful Ladies, Quick, and rarely makes mistakes. They have a Lottery 'Self Help machine" and 3 customer service machines they help you with. Also has a couple nice tables to sit at to play Keno. Definitely a "Very Clean" store !!!”
“In these times, grocery prices are almost unaffordable. Except here, this is the place keeping Glen Burnie families afloat. Thank you for buisness. I also really need to say the staff has always been exceptionally kind. I have a special needs child who they always make a point to talk to very nicely. She struggles to talk (but really wants to) and they will just smile and give her extra time to respond or be totally okay if she doesn't. You'd be surprised how much these normal interactions mean to a parent like me. Ive never walked away not happy about the time I've spent here or without cheering at my receipt. Your staff will even point out some of the best deals to me! Keep doing what you're doing ❤”
“I like this Food Lion better than the one on B&A boulevard because there is a lot more to choose from and stock is always put out. Their lunch meat counter is a lot faster. And when things are on sale they are always available.”

“I want to shout out Craig to be recognized for his work and customer service. I had 2 car emergencies in the same day with 2 different vehicles. One I had an apt for and the other one happened on the way home with the alternate vehicle and he was able to squeeze that one in too. He gave me all of my options for both vehicles and provided recommendations as well for which tires I should get. I want Costco to know he went above and beyond today and provided exceptional service!”
“I was visiting Maryland last week and i decided to stop and gas before i left to come back to Alabama..
the Manager there i beleive her name was Natalie they were so nice...and the chicken was sooo good..including the staff they were also welcoming.i will return the next time im there visiting...”
“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“This is the first Dollar Tree I’ve been to where I had such a great interaction with an associate, and it turns out she’s the manager. Her name is Brianna, and she really made the difference in my visit.
? She greeted me with a warm smile and was very pleasant right from the start.
? She was helpful in a way that felt genuine, not like she was just doing her job.
? Her attitude was positive and professional, and it made the whole store feel more welcoming.
? When you talk with her, you can tell she’s knowledgeable and carries herself with confidence.
It stood out to me because this experience was so different from other Dollar Tree locations I’ve been to. Brianna set the tone with her kindness and the way she treated me as a person, not just another customer. That’s what great customer service is all about, and she truly delivered it.”
“The most kind and efficient staff! The pharmacist was able to get my son’s medicine transferred over in less then 30 minutes. As a first time mom and first time with him being sick really means the world to have a staff who cares. All staff was also very personable. Thank you so much!”

I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. “Excellent small grocery. The pita bread I was there for this day had not been delivered for the day. The clerk gave me the time they expected the deliver for the day. I returned after the time provide and was able to get fresh bread. I feel this is the best pita bread around and this grocery is the best place to buy it. Although I have to drive outside my local area to get this bread, it is worth it. The employees are always helpful. They have a great collection of Mediterranean foods.”
