The atm outside of this building takes your card and doesn’t give it back. The staff knows that it happens because when I told them about my situation, they acted as if they already knew what had happened. There was a woman working the drive thru who was rude to me when I had to come into the bank, after the machine took my card. Not a pleasant place.

Unfortunately we won’t on to set up a term banking and had to wait over 30 minutes, 4 women were behind the counter and 1 banker assisting a family at the desk. Myself and 3 other customers were not greeted or assisted we just sat and wait! I walked over to the manager (short Hispanic lady) behind the counter and she adivised someone would be there shortly which took another 15 mins to do.

I was told by a telephone banker respondent, who actually checked with someone else first, that I could take my tax refund check into the branch and that after checking it's veracity and my identity that the branch would cash my check. I had asked IRS for direct deposit, but I was mailed a paper check anyway.Once at the bank I was told that that just wasn't possible, that I would have to have an account. I explained that my bank wasn't local. Although they were not particularly busy, I was told I would have to make an appointment for another day.

Let me just say Mr. S Kone was fantastic. From the time I entered nobody greeted me except him. My appointment was at 10 he finished with a prior client at 945 ask me my name and went to work. After we finished I waited in line to take money out my account which I wasn’t able to it was one lady assisting one person and the drive through employee but it was 3 others especially a manager who didn’t help me I thought wells was better than this but I’m glad I opened a new account some place else

What's the point of making an appointment when someone else will can jump ahead of you. We had an appointment with Sounkalo Kone, and he didn't honored our appointment time, he had someone else instead.

Opened an account with a payroll check. I was told by the banker that $225 would be available the next day. I was sent a message via the mobile app saying the same thing. I went to withdraw a small amount the next day and was told that none was available. Customer support first blamed my payroll dept. When I involved my payroll dept, they then changed their story, stating that their reps were wrong to say some would be available. Don’t trust these people with your money.

Wells Fargo as a whole is by far the WORST bank I have ever dealt with! Terrible organization and in my eyes fraudulent!!! And this location doesn’t help the reputation at all either, poor customer service on top of bad management!!!!

I am not sure why some comments are not positive and/ or appreciative about this branch. Although, my own local branch is Linthicum, but a few times that recently I have been assisted by this branch, i have not seen and experienced anything but help, friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiastic customer service. during my last visit(s) I was assisted by one of the most wonderful tellers, Alley, and as always by the great manager of this location, Ms. Krystal. Krystal is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and a strong manager who goes extra mile to help the customer in the best way possible. Alley who I know her from my own branch and from long time ago is just a gem to Wells Fargo. She is so polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to everybody. I really appreciate your awesome and priceless help. Management by Krystal is just "Krystal perfect"! :)

I have tried calling this branch several times and they never pick up. They do not have a service attitude. Other branches are much more helpful.
