I currently have a car loan with Wells Fargo. On 3 different incidents, I requested to make a principle only payment on my car loan. On all three incidents, my payment request was not met. They still charged interest. The sad part is no one understood how and why it occurred and didn't know how to correct it.

What's the point of making an appointment when someone else will can jump ahead of you. We had an appointment with Sounkalo Kone, and he didn't honored our appointment time, he had someone else instead.
