“I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”
“I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that… customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don’t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day… I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family. “Marco’s runs an amazing private shop. They are creative and fabricated a hanger for me when they were doing an exhaust gasket replacement and were able to seal another small leak. Other places are likely to throw unnecessary and expensive parts at a job. Highly recommend Marc’s Mufflers. Fair pricing, fast and friendly service.”

“I've had my car serviced by Goodyear for brakes and an oil change. Service was great each time. My only complaint is if standing in line behind someone waiting to be seen, no one greets you or say "May I help you " or " we'll be with you in a moment". At least acknowledge that you see me.”

“I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.”
