“Demmy's is a very good pharmacy with very friendly and knowledgeable individuals. The only issue ai hae is with their email process and how the app is designed and works. I find it not easy to use and understand. I find that many things I want appear to only be to be done by asking the pharmacy individuals to do it. If a user can do the things, that ia not obvious. I would prefer using a much more user friendly app which is easily understandable -- that is not what I have found in using the app for a little more than two months evn though I have extensive knowledge of computers.”
“For all of you that go to CVS and Walgreens and are frustrated with long lines, long wait times for prescription fills or refills, poor communication, or just bad customer service, you must make ALLENTOWN DISCOUNT PHARMACY your #1 pharmacy. Most times, they will call you upon receiving your prescription, fill it within an hour, call and let you know when it is filled. If it is an automatic refill, no problem. They will call to let you know that a refill is about to take place and then call you again when it is ready. Howard, the owner is very knowledgeable and super friendly. He managed the #1 Walgreens years ago before Walgreens' service took a dive. Howard is genuinely concerned about his customers and wants to help. Please give this pharmacy a try and let me know through Google reviews if you have a similar experience. I drive from Upper Marlboro to Clinton just to receive this superb experience. I understand that this is not a long drive. My point is that I pass several CVS and Walgreens just to come here.”
“I've searched just about every pharmacy for Bacteriostatic water and couldn't find any. I even searched on Amazon, which does have it, but it would take a week to retrieve. After a long search, I was about to give up when someone told me to try All Care Pharmacy in Oxon Hill, Maryland. I said what would it hurt. I have the pharmacy on the phone, and they said they have what I need. I drove down, and little be hold they have it!!”
“This is a compound pharmacy and they fulfill veterinary prescriptions. I couldn't find the proper dose of gabapentin in cream for my cat online. Glad I discovered Acorn Pharmacy. If you have a pet this is a good option.”

“The place is clean, well organized, convenient for the surrounding neighborhoods. You tend to get a feel for the niche each different grocery chain sports. H.T. is no different. They have their brands of stuff others don't, at least not that I've noticed. I like their lime Popsicles. I can't tell if they are more expensive than other chains or the same, but the $130 is spent didn't seen to go very far even after signing up for their VIC card. an acronym of which I don't the words... there was a lot of buy 1 get 1 free items of which i did my best to take advantage, but not withstanding, the over all cost felt steep. A nice place to shop, but Sam's pricing has them beat...”

“This Giant store is what you call “top dawg”. The products here are plentiful and they always have what I need. They have a deli and a seafood area where you can buy a lot of fresh stuff. The pharmacy here is really good. But the prices are absolutely horrendous. Giant is so expensive and they claim to have low prices. Also the receipts are sooo long! I get one thing and the receipt is 8 inches!! (I measured it).”

“I went to store #342 on 12/13/25. Michelle the cashier at the Giant was so nice and very professional! Michelle took the time to help me with my giant app that all of a sudden was acting like it wasn't trying to function well, Michelle took her time helping me and it ran into the time that she was supposed to be getting off of work. Michelle Still was willing to help me it was very frustrating for me and got very overwhelming Michelle helped me through the overwhelming and getting my giant app working as should have! Michelle was a blessing at that time of help! I could have left the store feeling pissed off overwhelmed and some more, but I did not thanks to Michelle! I left the store feeling great ? On February the 4th 2026 I went to the store 3:42 4119 Branch avenue Marlow heights Maryland 20748. The cashier Matthew was very professional and such the perfect gentleman! I really appreciate it how Matthew greeted me and welcome me to shopping at Giant! That makes you want to shop more at Giant the one where Matthew works! I hope when I go back to shop at Giant Matthew is still a cashier there it really makes me feel great when you're appreciated! Thank you Matthew! “I switched from Walgreens a few years ago to Lawsons and my only regret is that I didnt switch sooner! A real family pharmacy, great professional friendly service every time. And when you call? You get a live person, not the endless recordings as with chain pharmacies. Definitely recommend Lawsons; support our independent neighborhood businesses!”

“The regular lines were several people long, but the self-checkout had no wait. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. In general, I like this store. They keep it organized, clean, and stocked. When there has been a problem, the employees have been nice and helpful.

“I've been shopping here since it was a Super Giant. There's probably few people remaining around here that know or even remember what that was. It's always been a good store. Since it was downsized many years ago from the Super Giant to a regular Giant it's a bit on the small size by today's standards, with not as big a selection as other stores, but it also makes it much easier to navigate and get in and out of. The store is clean, well stocked, and the people working there have always been super nice and helpful.”

“Huge and well stocked. You could practically get everything you needed from the store. It bubbled and had good staffing with fresh foods (fruits and vegetables included).
Unfortunately, they closed down in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Giant has since taken over the facility.
I am certainly one of those who miss this ShopRite store.”
“Don’t sleep on small pharmacies. When my medication was not available at the chain store, the pharmacist called suppliers to get the medication. They have the ability to negotiate with new supply chains immediately. The chain pharmacist doesn’t have the ability to do that. My biggest pet peeve was the chain store app kept telling me that another pharmacy had the medication and I drove to three different locations and they didn’t have it.”

“I've had a great experience here. they always fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and I've never had any mistakes. I also like that they text when your prescription is ready, which is not always option at a small local pharmacy. The staff are polite and best off all I've literally never had to wait for even one person ahead of me when I pick up my prescription. they have a decent selection of drugstore products too--most items they have one name brand option and one budget option. in contrast to this place, the walgreens down the street frequently failed to fill my prescription in time, never picked up the phone, and usually had a line at the pharmacy counter. very glad I switched to this pharmacy!”
