“I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.”

“Rick is the man! My wife's car was jerking and shutting off. I took it to the Nissan dealership and they could not find the problem, nothing came up on their diagnostic machine. I took the car to Rick and he used his diagnostic machine and nothing came up. There seemed to be no hope to find out what was wrong with the car. He said leave the car with him, so we did. He would not stop until he found the problem. My wife was getting prepared to purchase a new vehicle. Without a doubt, Rick fixed the issue! “These guys are top-notch. Honest, competent, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way not only to make sure you understand what the problem is, but what your options are and how much it will cost. I'm a bit of a gearhead myself, but I can't do everything. I have an old Jeep CJ7, 2 Grand Cherokees, and a Saturn. They've worked on all of them with never a problem. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.”

“My 2007 Ford Truck had problems accelerating as the engine would always misfire and generally had very poor gas mileage. On top of that I used to have to add power steering fluid every couple days because it had a leak. I brought the truck in to Bevard and they had it fixed in about a day. Now with the tuneup, the truck runs great and I have already noticed the gas mileage has gone up. The power steering fluid isn't leaking anymore and I am pleased with the work that was done. I will come back when things break down again.”
