Small local post office provides small local guest service. It has been empty whenever I've been here. The staff was very helpful. It beats waiting in line forever at my other post office.

I would give it 0 stars for customer service. Lady at the front desk was rude and let other people she knew cut in line. She was rolling her eyes and was being racist and didn’t attend us bc we were Hispanic. So we left and went down the road to another near by post office.

Asian lady who apparently has worked here for years is not friendly or helpful and down right rude. No sort of customer service about her and she is allowed to get away with it I assume because of her older age. Just bc of here I no longer visit.

The worst place ever. The lady worked on 5/16 was very very rude. She kept rolling her eyes at me, sighing very discriminatingly, and kept saying she didn't understand what I was talking about. But she didn't give me a chance to speak at all, how could she understand what I was talking about? I didn't get mad at her at the time because I just wanted to get the stuff out that day. I don't understand why someone would be so impatient at work, and I‘m not sure if she treats everyone like that or if she’s only discriminatory to certain people

Today, I received the worst possible service from the Glenn Dale Post Office, where I was yelled at, disrespected, and humiliated. I stopped by at approximately 3:15 pm; there were already 2 people in the central area, so I opened the door, poked my head in, and inquired whether they were still observing the 2 people in the central area rule. The postal clerk name CHUNG interrupted and YELLED, "get out, you are not to be in here, get out." I was shocked that people with this behavior are on the frontline in a professional/government entity. Another coworker, Jennifer apologized for my experience and one of the other customers commented on CHUNG'S disrespectful behavior. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be allowed from customers or staff. Please address this urgently so that NO other customer will endure such rudeness and disrespect.

The lady is really slow ,difficult to communicate with her, it seems that she can't her. And if we ask questions she gets mad.

I saw the woman behind the counter mock the customer sending a package to India. He had two addresses on the box (apparently the recipient in India was supposed to take it to the second address) and the woman behind the counter, instead of asking which address to key in asked him "how am I supposed to enter two addresses"? A total waste of everybody's time. What a shame she chose to mock him and not help him.

If I could give zero for customer service, I would. It was not only dingy -looking, the lady postal worker on duty 7/6/2021 was rude and totally not helpful to someone who was new to postal services. She'd interrupt and snap at the customer's clarificatory questions! Lady, get another job where you aren't dealing with customers!

Needed to mail a letter, and while parking is limited, the staff here are excellent. Interior space is limited, but line moved fast. One major plus is that unlike the larger post office down the street, you can buy stamps here.

I bought in a package with a prepaid return label to AT&T. The return was supposed to be completed within 3 days. I get a notice from AT&T that the package was not received and that I would be charged $180. When I tracked the package, it didn’t leave this post office for 6 days and is currently in another Maryland facility. Why???????!!!!!!

They're rude. They wait until you buy an envelope and then say you can't use it. But make you buy another one without refunding for the first one. Also they loose your mail and they don't even lock up the mailboxes when they leave.

I wasn't even given a name today when USPS reached out to me about my lost package that they cant even find in their system although it's the tracking number they provided me with. CUSTOMER CARE DOESN'T EXIST HERE!!
