I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I always receive thorough explanations of what work needs immediate attention as well as the identification of future work that may be necessary. All information is communicated by the patient and friendly team in terms that I clearly understand.
I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options. By the end of the day, I received a thorough written estimate via email. When I confirmed I wanted to proceed with the body work, I was informed that the team had already checked the availability of the parts needed which expedited the ability to schedule the repair. Throughout the process the team communicated with me and was able to complete the work within the estimated timeframe. When I drove up and saw my eight-year-old car, it looked brand new! I am thrilled that I chose CARP Auto Service!”

I booked a pre-purchase inspection with Airport Automotive. Not only was the pricing reasonable and competitive, but the service was fantastic. Despite the dealership dropping the car off an hour late (which I’m incredibly sorry for), Marcin still took great care in looking over the vehicle. They know these cars. I got a thorough and detailed outline of what Marcin found with the car, ranging from minor cosmetic damages I wouldn’t have been able to see to the passenger door actuator not working. Marcin checked the car top to bottom, and then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me to walk me through what he found, what to know if I were to look to repair those issues, and gave his professional opinion on the car. His inspection saved me from purchasing a car with a few thousand worth of repairs needing to be completed. If I were local, this shop would be the first place I’d go.
