“I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. I’m from out of state, and was interested in purchasing a 2013 535i BMW from a Maryland dealership. I booked a pre-purchase inspection with Airport Automotive. Not only was the pricing reasonable and competitive, but the service was fantastic. Despite the dealership dropping the car off an hour late (which I’m incredibly sorry for), Marcin still took great care in looking over the vehicle. They know these cars. I got a thorough and detailed outline of what Marcin found with the car, ranging from minor cosmetic damages I wouldn’t have been able to see to the passenger door actuator not working. Marcin checked the car top to bottom, and then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me to walk me through what he found, what to know if I were to look to repair those issues, and gave his professional opinion on the car. His inspection saved me from purchasing a car with a few thousand worth of repairs needing to be completed. If I were local, this shop would be the first place I’d go. He looked up the tire, and sure enough, it was the wrong size in the system. Furthermore, he found the right size tire, and the tech had it done in the time it took to shop. That is service.
