“After having our passport appointments canceled 3(!) separate times at another location, we came in to our passport appointment at Stevenson Post Office (PO) quite pessimistic. It's only a shame we didn't try booking here sooner! Eric and the Stevenson PO crew were thoroughly courteous, patient, and efficient. Thank you! Wish we could give you folks more than 5 ?!”
“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”

“We have the best local USPS. The store is ran excellently, can get things done easily when I need to drop something off. I get my packages super fast and on time with 100 pct success and I wanted to acknowledge the good job this local center does. We are very grateful. It's crazy to hear all the horror stories of other people all around in various places and we are flawless. Closest ups facility is over a half hour away and with that comes complications so I much prefer the postal service. Thanks!”

“I had VERY fast, efficient service getting my passport, and getting a PO box as well. The few times I have gone in and there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly. The workers are polite and friendly.”
“Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.”
“I gave it 5 stars because of the kiosk in the lobby. I can take care of all of my postal needs without having to talk to anyone with a bad attitude. My only problem is that there’s only one kiosk for the whole Pikesville area.”
“I had a shipping number mix up with Etsy and thought that a package was lost. The ladies at the Hampstead post office spent their time double-checking to make sure that they didn't have the package. Thanks to their help I was able to figure out it was an issue with Etsy. I felt so bad that they went to all that effort. I am really grateful that they were able to help me figure everything out. Really kind folks.”

“Customer service here is superb, i am very thankful the associates at this location were helpful, they listened and was very pleasant . I made a mistake and mistyped my address on the shipping address. However, i still received my packages , i wrote a letter to the carrier to make them aware . Ty has a great attitude , he is truly a great asset , Ma. Lola is always pleasant. Thank you usps”
“Raquel was simply AMAZING helping me with my kids passport renewals. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very patient when I didn't have all the needed docs the first time around. I had to come back the next day and she stood by her word when she processed our applications in no time. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful every step of the way, making sure I had everything I needed. Her willingness to assist and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!”
“I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.”
“Never had issues with this branch. It’s easy to have my mail hold- through online, if I’ll be gone for a while, and picked it up when I’m back. Was greeted every time I come in. Had our passports renewed at this location too. There are times when other peoples mail was delivered to our mail box, no big deal though”
