“So, even though we didn't decide to use this company for our storage use I wanted to share how great their customer service is.My significant other needed a storage unit and I wasn't sure what size. So, I called to get pricing and see what sizes were available.Tyniece answered when I called and not only was she super helpful with all my questions, concerns and crazy antics, she was also extremely patient.She went above and beyond to hold the unit requested, offered me numerous options for when and how to come get set up with the storage facility, and she did it all with a smile.We ended up going with another company due to a super low rate and deal only available online (not the fault of this company)A huge thank you to Tyniece and the individuals of Potomac Self Storage for being so amazing.Keep up the good work”

They truly had us packed & loaded (2 bed 2 bath apt) within an hour and unpacked in another hour. They did a great job and took fantastic care of our belongings. 100% recommend them!”

He was eager to show me what he had to offer, but like I explained to him I am just comparing due to location of my home and work and relocating to the area. “Had a smaller unit that apparently was leaking. I had a shoulder problem and could not lift so, managment said they would take care of it and said they would move my items to a larger dryer unit. They checked all of my things for water damage and stored my items carefully. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service they provided. Kudos to the employees for compassionate action and great customer service.”
