“So, even though we didn't decide to use this company for our storage use I wanted to share how great their customer service is.My significant other needed a storage unit and I wasn't sure what size. So, I called to get pricing and see what sizes were available.Tyniece answered when I called and not only was she super helpful with all my questions, concerns and crazy antics, she was also extremely patient. She went above and beyond to hold the unit requested, offered me numerous options for when and how to come get set up with the storage facility, and she did it all with a smile. We ended up going with another company due to a super low rate and deal only available online (not the fault of this company)A huge thank you to Tyniece and the individuals of Potomac Self Storage for being so amazing.Keep up the good work”

“Harold and his team did an outstanding job with our recent move from Calvert County to West Virginia. The price was excellent and it was a flat rate- no hidden fees or extra charges. He and his team arrived on time both days, and were polite, professional, and handled our stuff with great care. Harold even took some extra time to show us how to take down a TV that the previous owners had left mounted to the wall. I’d recommend Hoffman Transport to anyone in the area looking to move.”

“Had a smaller unit that apparently was leaking. I had a shoulder problem and could not lift so, managment said they would take care of it and said they would move my items to a larger dryer unit. They checked all of my things for water damage and stored my items carefully. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service they provided. Kudos to the employees for compassionate action and great customer service.”

“Nicole at Store here in Lexington park has been amazing. She is always so helpful and friendly. Bad day or not she has a smile on her face and is always ready to help with whatever I need. Would recommend this company specifically because of Nicole. Most of the storage facilities in the area have no one in office but Nicole is in the office five days a week to help with anything. She does it all. From yard work, to payment to solving all problems. She is the greatest one man operation I’ve seen in a while.”
