Never again. This is the worst fcu in the area. They have no locations. When you do make it to a location they tend to be closed. Like me who visited to find both atms not working. Never again.

To whom it may concern:Nicole and Nana went to a great deal of trouble on my behalf to track down proof that I had paid off my 2006 Toyota Corolla in 2011. I was in the process of selling the above car. The buyer was told by the DMV that he needed a hard copy of the lien letter from ESFCU documenting that I had paid off the car. Thanks to Nicole and Nana I got it! Because a manager wasn’t available at your Greenbelt branch, they referred me to your Bowie branch where the manager Sonya would sign the lien letter. Mission accomplished! I greatly appreciated the kindness, patience, warmth and professionalism of Nicole and Nana. Ms. Nicole was a great and excelente person who knew what she was doing and knew all the answers when I was in need of help and anytime I come to the branch. You guys need more workers like her.

Ms. Anderson and staff are welcoming and friendly. I was very pleased with the knowledge of services available to me and the help I received establishing my new account. I am a long time member and I have had great experience with all of the branches I have visited.

Put on hold three times for a clerical mistake. Horrible customer service. When connected immediately put on hold for additional wait time, now 50 minutes. Will have to drive to a branch to clear up issue that could have been easily resolved with someone from ESFCU willing to answer the phone!

The tellers are making sure that each customer/client who wants to withdraw money is given the deserving attention required to successfully complete the transaction. The tellers are professionals and respectful. They are well trained and courteous.

The staff is OK but the auto loan options are not very good.I can not pay online like other banking company's and they haven't received my full account number.I don't like the bank's options and not a very good business. but not the worst either.

I spoke with Nicole Bossard-Mack who is an outstanding customer service representative for ESFCU . I was dealing with a fraudulent claim and she was very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She process my claim and she was able to resolve the problem. I have not meant anyone else with her capabilities to remain calm but effective. Thank you Nicole for saving my dignity and following through on my account.

I haven't had too much trouble from using their online services, until today. The Bill Pay attribute is not working. When you click Bill Pay it takes you back to main page (kicks me out of the system). I emailed the credit union and was told to call to discuss with customer service in detail. Now in my mind I would think that whom ever replied to me email will notify the correct department that Bill Pay is not working appropriately. At this time I am on hold (over 20 minutes and counting) with Educational Systems FCU. My app on my phone works, however the website does not. Finally someone answered the phone and stated that they are working on this issue. You think that the person who emailed me and advised me to call about this issue should have been informed that the credit union is working on this matter. Unfortunately customer service in most places is lousy this could have been prevented.
