“I see by the reviews that some are not so good, but I was fortunate today as everything went perfect. The check-in process took less than 10 seconds, they called me to the window for my paperwork had me signed in and under a minute, it was crowded, but my appointment was for 10:30 AM and I was called back at 10:32. I noticed some people did not have an appointment and just walked in, I have always made an appointment online before going and have never had to wait very long, I think the key is making an appointment upfront. The front desk individual was very quick, efficient and polite. Jazz, the woman who did my blood draw was extremely professional, found my vein that hardly anybody can find on my right arm, barely felt the stick, and I was out of the chair in under two minutes. Jazz was very polite, communicative, and professional highly recommend for a blood draw.”
