“I’ve come here twice - once with an appointment and once as a walk-in and have had a great experience both times. I waited less than 5 minutes as a walk-in at 9AM but I’m sure this could change drastically when it’s busier. I’ve seen all the poor reviews, but found the receptionist to be very kind and pleasant, along with my phlebotomist. Maybe they’ve been caught on a bad day, or people are more likely to leave a review when they’ve had a bad experience as opposed to a good one. Either way, I would recommend this location!”
