“I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. From the girl on the phone to A.J. the guy who delivered and insisted we run maintenance I couldn't be happier.
I broke a piece off of my oxygen machine and it was no longer working. After trying to glue it together with no luck I called LinCare and someone answered right away. She took down my info and transferred me to the deliver guy who got here in like an 30 mins.
He also insisted that we run a check on my oxygen machine and low and behold I needed a new filter. He went right to his van and got a new one.
I was so happy that they were so fast and efficient I didn't have to go to the emergency room.

I used to come here, passing up supply stores closer to my job or home, bc I knew I could find what I needed or have it ordered. It is well stocked and I’ve never had any issues with staff.”

“When my mother's wheelchair needed replacement in a hurry, most places either had to order one or had "deals" that were way higher than I expected. When I called Norbrook they had choices to try in stock at the store. I headed over, tried the chairs, picked one, liked the price, and took it home. Easy purchase and great service in the store. “I had to get my dad's electric hospital bed repaired and didn't know where to go. Their repairmen, Lamar and Issa were awesome! They really knew what they were doing. They were there on time, professional and courteous. DHC can repair most manufacturers of beds, wheelchairs, etc. Highly recommend!!”
