It looked better than when I brought it in (they cleaned up some trim & touched up a few areas for a good price)4 versus 5 since I kept being told that it would be ready only to be that it wojod take longer. When insurance is fully covering everything, this isn't a big deal. However, if you are paying out of pocket including for a rental, this is not ideal”
