He had 6 different diamonds shipped to his shop so I could actually see them with my own eyes for free of charge while other places would charge a 20 to 50% down payment just to see a diamond. That service alone stood out. I found a diamond that met all of my criteria within my budget. I highly recommend him.”
“I live in California and placed an order online for a fabric tote. The bag is a medium size, with the pattern printed on a stiff cotton and I was concerned that if it was folded to fit into an envelope it would get damaged in shipping. I sent an email to the store and asked them to ship it in a flat box. The next morning I called to follow up, they just opened. Not only that every person I spoke with was very nice and professional, but the gentleman in their shipping department said they got my email and already took care of it as I asked. This is simply an amazing experience, fantastic super fast service that demonstrated Smyth's dedication and sensitivity to the customer's needs. That's one of the cool things about Lakein's... these are lifelong professionals -- expertise like this is not found at big box jewelers or in shopping mall jewelers.
