I had visited other local jewelers and they didn't come close to how welcoming and knowledgeable everyone is at St. John's Jewelers.On my first visit, I met Nikki. She learned about my interest in buying a tsavorite engagement ring. She asked good questions to learn about how I wanted the ring to look, my girlfriend's taste and preferences in jewelry and my time frame.On my next visit, I met with the owner Linda. She offered valuable insight into the details that were available for my ring. We continued to work together over the next couple weeks.Linda was quick to respond to any questions via email. She offered a fair price. When I told her I intended to sell some old jewelry to her, she mentioned they also accept flatware. When we went through the jewelry I was selling, she explained why some pieces were more valuable than others.The ring was completed exactly when Linda said it would be ready. She aimed for a date one week ahead of my actual due date so that there was no risk of it being late.Linda and Nikki (and everyone else I met there) were friendly and upbeat at all times. They were enthusiastic in a relaxed way. They offered me a great selection and then were patient as we crafted my own design.I give St. John's Jewelers the highest possible praise. “I got in contact with Mark Coleman, to sell an accumulation of jewelry from my wife's estate. There was initially difficulty reaching him, and I learned that's because he splits his time among 3 different locations that are not close to each other. Once we made an appointment, Mark did a thorough examination of the assortment I'd brought; described the pieces and their condition in detail; actually educated me as to their history and desirability. I had his uninterrupted attention for more than an hour, at the end of which he made an acceptable offer for the lot. Of course the amount was less than I'd hoped for, but I know better than to think that I had some rare treasures lurking in my house. We accomplished what I'd set out to do, and with the utmost respect for me and the memory of the people from whom I'd inherited the jewelry.”

I was referred to him 23 years ago by a coworker and have referred friends and family alike for years. His prices and quality blow away other jewelers. He is an expert and will slowly walk you through the diamond buying process (without any pressure). My wife loved her engagement ring and we have purchased other items from him over the years. Recently Kevin resized her platinum band. Kevin removed the nicks and it looks brand new. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars.”
