I was happy with the movers as they were very efficient in packing and patient especially with just 1/3 elevators working in my apt. I removed one star as the movers hit the wall in my new home leaving an apparent dent. I contacted the office & provided details on the dent however it felt like I was chasing them to have my wall fixed. It’s still not fixed so I have given up & will do it myself.”

“As a military family, we’ve moved a number of times - this move was for my single daughter. U-Pack made it seamless and worry free. The staff at drop off was nice, accurate and most importantly on time. Upon arriving at the drop off location the company arranged with the city to block off two metered spaces in front of the apartment complex. They did all the leg work and were professional and nice about it. The driver who dropped the unit was friendly and respectful. And the unit was picked up promptly after being emptied. This was a cross county move: Vermont to Colorado. While we packed it meticulously, nothing was broken or damaged. I don’t recall a move having gone so smoothly in my life! I usually only believe reviews that are positive that also acknowledge a weakness but honestly there is nothing negative to say about our experience with U-Pack.”

Despite measuring the space in advance, we determined that one office left the appearance of being over furnished, and needed a large piece removed again after being disassembled just to make it through the door. The team was understanding and gracious throughout the job.”

“So I'll start by saying I loved this companies service. We were scheduled with another mover for the 15 of Dec (made the reservation weeks in advance) they canceled on us on the 14th of Dec. So in a panic I start calling every moving company in the DMV. After being told there is no availability by 5 companies I got in touch with Walter's Moving. Not only did they find a way to fit us in they adjusted my planned pick up and drop off schedule (two pick up locations) to save me money. The team shows up an hour EARLIER than scheduled huge plus to me. They are all incredibly nice and fully masked up. They were quick extremely neat and even made a second trip to pick up a few things that didn't fit on the truck the first time. Nothing was broken no walls were marked (they put up cardboard on the walls and layed plastic on the floor). I am recommending this company to everyone we know. Also, a big thing for my family is supporting black owned and run businesses and this company is. I can't quite express how much this crew saved my move day.”
“This is our second time hiring movers from this company. They arrived on time, moved heavy items efficiently and quickly, and didn't need a break from carrying heavy items (ex: bed). They are family/kid friendly, had a lot of patience for the kids and their toys on the floor and they were willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We hired them for the 2 hour minimum, but they were so amazing that it only took them one hour to get the job done.Then we tipped them for helping us with a job that we could never to do ourselves.”
