Called to verify they had a part before driving 30 minutes to the store.When I got there, “Dino” condescendingly told me he was the only one there and he hadn’t spoken to anyone about the part, and suggested I look on the shelf for something else. He stated that when calling another store they can’t accurately verify stock for another store…I told him that I called HIS store and someone told me they had it, and physically had their hands on it. Only then was there miraculously another associate working there and that when the other associate came out he would ask him.
The associate I originally spoke to, Braden, came out and went right to the parts that he had set aside for me and was very helpful. Braden needs a raise, Dino needs to go back into training.

Scott manager, doesn’t know how to treat his employees, presses to do stuff, always has an bipolar attitude, picks and chooses who he likes out of his employees, favoritism, asked for a transfer to a different store, bc I was planning to go back to school, told him months in advance, never took my seriously, always shrugged off everything and anything I said, I Ran his entire Front half of the store, and got on my case every single time I had down time, “hey you know we have truck to put away” “you got a cart to work on” Scott store manager, not a really great guy to work for, gets in my face about me being in my phone, when the entire staff is on there phones 24/7, and Scott himself does it also, anytime I’ve passed by him, always texting and on the phone chatting it up with who ever. And had the highest turn over rate in all of Maryland, I strongly suggest not working for this Autozone, by far one the worse manager I’ve work for, PS he also lets everyone slide when they can’t make it in work, he questions every time why I couldn’t make it in, saying I need a doctors know even if it’s not for being sick, even when u gave him a doctors notes when I was sick he said it was a fake doctors note, he said that doctors wasn’t there for a month, and always had a problem with me switch my shift with other staff members Again I strongly suggested not workin for this autozone, again Highest turn over rate in Maryland, can’t even keep his own employees.

I had a great experience at the store yesterday. I was having a terrible day and needed to stop in for a headlight after working all day. Justin W. helped make the transaction effortless. He helped me pick out the headlights best for my needs, was thorough in making sure they were in fact headlights and not fog lamps as the computer description was quite misleading. And then he installed the new set in minutes. Thankful for a speedy trip so I could be on my way home.

I want to thank auto zone for helping me out of battery failure. Samantha changed the battery in the cold snow. I was down from store about a 100 yds in front of Dollar General. The manager and all are very caring people. They went beyond their normal service.

The workers there have an attitude and are not helpful. Very unprofessional. This used to be a nice store to get parts but is not anymore with the new employees there . Will not be going back.

I called and they told me they had what I needed. I ask them to double check. They said they had it. I drove there and they did not have it. Did not even have a place for it on the shelf. Very disappointing.

Scott the manager is great. Have had a great experience with him for over a decade. However was just there today. His employees don't know what they are doing. You got to Google part numbers for them to find the stuff. They have a unprofessional I don't care attitude that reeks of hurry up and leave I really don't feel like helping you. When they talk they mumble like a 4 year old. Once again Scott is great but everyone else in that store when I was there needs to go.
