“I lost count how many vehicle loans I've done with Patriot in my experience I've always got the best interest rates and overall some of the best customer and quickest customer service with them and while other banks are shaking me down for documentation and what not patriot is sending over an approval with a better rate.

Patriot there is still room to improve. I wish you would make it a little easier to transfer money in from other banks. Which sometimes has us scrambling to pull cash out of our main to run it over and deposit cash to your bank something that should be easier and safer electronically. But overall we think your a great bank and some of the best loan terms in the industry thank you.”

“I just recently opened my account with them and I must say thus far they are terrific the branch manager is very helpful, kind, and respectful, as well as her associates specifically Jasmine. Chime mobile bank was taking longer and longer depositing my checks the last one I gave them they told me no activity on whether the check had cleared or not so I canceled the deposit while on the phone went inside first united and deposited it well no sooner I drive up the street and chime emails me saying the check has cleared but no funds available as chime for some reason holds funds until convenient for them basically even though the check is verified and approved. We'll I immediately call first united and they had no problem canceling deposit and completely understood my problem with chime as well as made me feel comfortable choosing them as my bank and even gave me my initial ATM card complimentary on the spot without any fees. I look forward to continuing my business with them and recommend them to anyone either opening their first account or switching from another bank. Thank you First United Staff!”

“I’ve had accounts with BDFCU since I was a child and left for awhile but then re-opened accounts about 4-5 years ago & I was shocked to see such bad reviews. I understand they definitely aren’t as up to speed as a lot of larger credit unions or banks but I’ve rarely had a bad experience. I can almost always get through to the local branch (although when I don’t, I do feel the call center is almost a waste of time) but I’ve always reached someone when I’ve needed them & I never have an issue with holds or anything like that which I LOVE! I use the secure messaging feature a lot on their app & I get a response within hours & I’ve recently had some issues with refunds that I had to dispute & I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I do normally go to the main branch so I don’t have a lot of experience or feedback related to the other branches & I have also had a situation with charges causing my card to get blocked but thankfully it wasn’t something I use frequently. There’s always room for growth & improvements but I have no complaints!”

“I have been with M&T Bank for 3 years. At the time I opened my accounts the manager was very nice and friendly. However I went to the counter several times and the tellers were not very friendly. I had to interrupt a teller talking to a customer for 5 minutes. The customer was not conducting banking business. She was rude while she assisted me. She did not say hello, may I help you or good bye after I said have a nice day. I was disappointed with my visit.”

“I been with this bank for years. And if I ever have an issue or problem, I speak with the head teller and she always explains the issue or fixes it if it’s on their end (which is very rare) but she always has patience with me. Love, love, love this bank!!!”

“My experience at this bank has generally been great, and I've always had pleasant interactions with the tellers. One in particular, Antoine (though I could be mistaken about the name), stands out. He is consistently friendly, efficient, and thorough in addressing all my concerns. He’s the type of employee who truly deserves recognition and a raise.

However, during my recent visit, I was taken aback by the behavior of the front desk receptionist. She was loudly discussing a situation with a newer employee, criticizing them for mentioning a time when there was no coverage at the front desk. Her tone was unprofessional, and she seemed to belittle the employee, calling their concern “ridiculous.”

As I finished with my teller and was walking away, I overheard the receptionist approach my teller and accuse him of rolling his eyes at her. This confrontation was handled poorly, and her attitude left much to be desired. It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from someone in a customer-facing role.

While I’m still giving the bank a five-star review based on my positive experiences with the tellers, I hope the management addresses the behavior of the front desk staff. The bank's reputation deserves to be reflected in every employee’s conduct”

“We began banking here over a year ago. Our previous bank of 29+ years closed the majority of their local branches and the remaining branches very rarely answered their phone. I researched several banking institutions and was most impressed with Truist, and in particularly the Salem Ave branch. We've always been treated with respect. I appreciate their customer service and their recommendations of their various programs. Leslie goes above and beyond what I've experienced with a banking institution in quite a few years.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences at this bank. All the tellers are extremely nice and Deborah has helped me with numerous personal and business accounts. This Fulton bank and the one on westside/franklin are the only two I go to. They both have very kind woman that work there and are always very helpful. I've been with fulton bank since it was columbia bank and I've never had a problem. Overall, great bank and great people that work there.”

“I went in to try to get temporary checks for paying vendors for my wedding which was 2 days away. The lady at the desk kindly informed me that wasn't a service that Truist provided anymore. She was very apologetic and called branch service to see if they could expedite some checks in time. Unfortunately it wouldn't arrive within the next day when I needed them to but I was impressed that she tried to make it happen. I could tell she really wanted to help me and she was just genuinely funny and kind to the customers before me. She congratulated me on my wedding and I went ahead and ordered checks with regular shipping so I wouldn't have to worry about a similar situation happening in the future.”

I’ve never had to wait longer than 5minutes. for someone to help me. All in all, it’s always been a pleasant experience.
