After that bank closed, I had been unable to find someone so thorough and so organized to work with on my banking needs. Now-a-days, I love stopping into the branch in general, and have had a pleasant experience with everyone each time, but it's always extra special when Kyla is in-office and we get to chat for a few minutes.”

“Kelly has been so hopeful and solved many of the problems. Thank you.Customer service is horrible. They closed my account without even notifying me even though it was actively being used. Got the account reopened supposedly, had to call multiple times. Everytime I called they never tried to hear what I was saying and would start talking before I was finished saying let me get you this person or that person. Account was finally reopened and got my check deposited. Perfect or so I thought ? go to use my card, it doesn't work. Drive to the ATM did a balance inquiry, it knows my account number but the card is invalid. Explanation please! Needless to say. I'll be closing the account after bills are finalized. In the beginning it was a great bank but I highly recommend you find another big with better communication.”

“I just recently opened my account with them and I must say thus far they are terrific the branch manager is very helpful, kind, and respectful, as well as her associates specifically Jasmine. Chime mobile bank was taking longer and longer depositing my checks the last one I gave them they told me no activity on whether the check had cleared or not so I canceled the deposit while on the phone went inside first united and deposited it well no sooner I drive up the street and chime emails me saying the check has cleared but no funds available as chime for some reason holds funds until convenient for them basically even though the check is verified and approved. We'll I immediately call first united and they had no problem canceling deposit and completely understood my problem with chime as well as made me feel comfortable choosing them as my bank and even gave me my initial ATM card complimentary on the spot without any fees. I look forward to continuing my business with them and recommend them to anyone either opening their first account or switching from another bank. Thank you First United Staff!”

This is the first banking institution that I can honestly say truly cares about their customers. I've never been on hold longer than a minute when I call and they are always happy to help. I recently lost my mom and and had to call to explain that a check from our joint account at Patriot was held with no notice. They were very understanding, but more importantly, the representative began our conversation by telling me she was so sorry for my loss.
