BEWARE! When receiving a home loan with Truist question them. On page 4 in your closing disclosure packet about escrow. Truist will pay your property taxes for you with the understanding there will be an increase or decrease with the cost per county per year, which is to be expected. Now, when it comes time for your biannual payment and you see an increase of 209 dollars every 6 months, Truist does not question the county or anyone into this increase. They also do not provide any documentation on the subject matter or receipt for what they are paying. Truist will not investigate or dispute any payment regardless of the increase even though they are your bank. So if the county adds a couple extra zeros or say, gives you an assessment way off the charts Truist will BLINDY pay this bill without question. They will tell you its the homeowners who need to dispute the assessment. Truist is not a bank for the people and do not have your best interest in mind!

Michael Struntz is an asset for this branch! He set my business account up and did something no other banker has ever done. He actually asked me questions out of genuine curiosity about my business and what I do, and provided me with solutions for several of my issues. 10/10!

We pulled in to the lane with a car ahead of us and the other open lane with two vehicles. All of them were serviced and when it was our turn we were told we will be with you as fast as we can. We then sat for at least 5 mins without any update after ten minutes we rang the call bell. Boone came. Rang again nothing There is NO excuse for not staying connected with your customer. Update us what is happening. What is the problem etc. we received no such courtesy. After ringing the bell multiple times and calling out because we were being ignored someone finally came and said the same thing we will be with you shortly!!! What?!! This is unacceptable and we asked to have our deposit returned because we have other things to do! I had issues at this bank before when it was BBT and I don’t use it very often. I do not plan on going back!!!!My favorite bank is the truist in Boonsboro

I recently switched from my former bank to Truist, I can’t say enough about Brandi and the rest of the staff that I have dealt with. Brandi has gone above and beyond for me and my wife, she was overly awesome, going out of her way like I’ve never experienced before. I’ve had interactions with several people and all of them have been amazing.

They do seem short-staffed, it took forever to do a cashier's check, and the computers seem to be wonky. But, I watched them calmly handle an abusive customer about as well as possible.

Worst bank ever. I've been there twice in the past month. Both times I was the only person in line. The first time there was one teller at the drive thru. When she finally got to me her computer "wasn't working " so I was unable to make a deposit.Second time (2 tellers were working). I was the only person in line. I waited 15 minutes before someone helped me even though I told them I had to be at work.Extremely poor customer service.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their drive through takes 40 min to deposit a check. Doesn't matter what day or time you come. Extremely slow

I’ve had my BB&T /Truist account for about 6 years now. They wouldn’t cash my FedEx payroll check without having half in my account... Walmart will cash it for only $3 tho ?♂️ looks like I’m going to a new bank

Waited in line 22 minutes to make a deposit into a business account before I just walked out. 2 people on a Friday during lunch hours is just ridiculous.
