“I’ve used this place 2 times now 1 with my Mazda and 1 with my Honda, I wasn’t going to make a review but I feel like just a small gesture goes a long way.. we had to get my bumper fixed which was getting paid for by insurance then he proceeded to say “oh looks like you don’t have the blocker to this I’ll go ahead and order it” (without being asked) also fixed my tag plate!! which I was so happy about I really couldn’t get my tag screw undone and it looks like he put a new screw on and cleaneddddddddd did I say it loud enough? CLEANEDDDDDD the tedious tape gunk that’s been on the back ever since I even GOT the car. it was small things but really did make my day i appreciate this place,not too any honest people like them. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!”

“Any time somethings wrong with my car I’ll go here just for the people but also the work. The paperwork given back to me is so pretty. The front desk lady, sweetest lady ever. Her names Lindsey I think. Kenny & Lily are very open to questions about work & everything that they would recommend. I normally feel uncomfortable going to shops just because I know some will take advantage of a person who don’t know much about cars but I’ve always felt so comfortable here. Lindsey up front is also very honest with my billing as well! All questions answered & no hesitation. 10/10 recommend!”

“The guys here are SOOO helpful and knowledgeable about so many aspects of automobiles. My door handle broke and they showed me which part to order. I then totally messed it up, trying to self install. They fixed what I broke and installed the handle correctly. The dealer would have charged 3 times what they did. And I got the part online for less than 1/2 of what the dealer wanted.”

“I just spoke with Doug at the Hagerstown office, with my concerns about my vehicle and what I didn’t need and he was very courteous and friendly. He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and made me feel at ease. My experience So far had been very pleasant and I would recommend this shop to anyone I come in contact with. I dropped my car off 5 days ago and they’ve been very transparent about timing as well as the amount of work that needs to be done. I don’t remember the name of Lady at the front desk but she is awesome. Thank you crash champions. I will update once I get my vehicle with pictures of before and after.”

“Setup the service online through my insurance, and upon arrival everything was ready to go. Both men behind the counter were polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. We also needed a camera recalibration on the vehicle's safety features, and while I was given a ballpark 3 hour wait time, I must have been lucky; because they were finished in less than 2 hours. Good people here. I would recommend this store.”
