“My engine/oil light turned on, prompting me to turn off the engine, as I was driving my daughter back to college from St. Louis. I contacted Younger Volvo Cars in Hagerstown as I was 3 miles away. Denny was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. Turns out the issue resulted by a mistake made during the oil change by my local dealer. Denny and the rest of the service team fixed the issue, cleaned the underside of the car and had us on our way quickly. I really lucked out, given it was a Friday after noon and I was thousands of miles away from home. I wished I lived closer to this dealer, their service was exceptional!”
