“I purchased some candy bars for stocking stuffers. I didn't realize until after Christmas that they were expired. These are an unusual candy so it's understandable. The crazy part is the follow-up customer service. I sent an e-mail and received a phone call from Derek. He was very apologetic and promised to send replacements to my daughter. She not only received those the very next day but additional candy's as well. He also included a very sweet note! This is the kind of customer service that is almost unheard of anymore. Even though we no longer live in the area I will let our friends know what an amazing small business this is. I 100% recommend Branham's!”
